Jungkook stood in front of the vast mirror, already dressed in his crisp black suit, but fidgeting with his tie nervously. His fingers kept slipping.
"Hyung," he called softly.
Taehyung, who was standing near the wardrobe, turned with a smile. "Come here," he said, waving his hand.
Jungkook walked over and he stood still while Taehyung gently took the tie in his hands.
His touch was calm, his expression filled with quiet affection as he tied it smoothly, loop after loop. Neither of them spoke for a moment.
Tae's mind drifted to memories, little baby Jungkook in a too big backpack, clutching his tiny cute lunchbox, he waving goodbye at preschool.
The day he helped him get ready for middle school, then high school. All those martial arts and boxing clubs he dropped him at, waiting patiently outside during practices.
A bittersweet ache touched his chest when he remembered he couldn't send Jungkook off on his first day of college or his military enlistment.
He had missed those important moments. But happy to see him now.
He's going to handle business, still his baby had asked him to be there at office.

"Hyung," Jungkook's voice broke his thoughts. Taehyung looked up and met his eyes. "Hmm?"
"Don't look so serious," Jungkook whispered with a grin. "You're the one supposed to cheer me up."
Taehyung chuckled softly, brushing down the tie and also adjusting the collar. "You look handsome, and so pretty." he whispered fondly.
"You always said that even when I had chocolate all over my face as a kid," Jungkook teased.
"Because you always look pretty. And I'm always right." Taehyung humped. They shared a smile.
Jungkook gently caught Taehyung's soft hand and gave it a quick kiss. "Thank you for coming with me."
Taehyung tilted his head. "How could I not?" he said. "You're starting something big today. I wouldn't miss it."
"Cute." Jungkook cooed. Taehyung chuckled and gave quick kiss on his lip.
"Let's go, they must be waiting for us." Taehyung mumbled and both walked downstair.
