Few Days Later...
Jaewook threw a grand party to officially welcome his younger brother back home.
The celebration is held in one of the finest halls, decorated beautifully with warm lights, soft music, and elegant arrangements.
It isn't just a party, it is also the night Jaewook planned to announce that Jeon Jungkook would be joining the Jeon company as the new head of a another department, and eventually, as the new CEO.
Jungkook had been excited all day, asking Taehyung again and again if he could come pick him up.
But Taehyung just chuckled and he made him understand that he would meet him directly at the venue.
And now... he is here.
Taehyung walked into the grand hall with quiet grace. For a second, it felt like even the music faded.
He wore a perfectly tailored grey suit, bold yet elegant, hugging his slim frame in all the right ways.
Above, a red woolen sweater wore, adding warmth and contrast to his look.
Around his neck, a thin silver chain rested gently, and on his fingers, a few delicate rings sparkled faintly under the lights.
His soft brown hair was styled with a slight wave, enough to frame his face naturally. His skin glowed, and his soft gaze scanned the hall gently.
All thanks to Jimin, who had practically forced him to dress up properly. If it weren't for him, Taehyung would've just worn a simple outfit with no effort. But tonight, he looked effortlessly charming.
People turned to look at him as he stepped further in. Some whispered, admiring his look, and some just smiled at the familiar face.
But Jungkook, his bun, when he saw Taehyung from across the hall, froze completely.
A smile slowly spread on his face, his eyes fixed only on the person walking toward him.
"Angel," he mumbled to himself, completely awestruck.
And Taehyung made his way closer, hands calmly inside his coat pocket, Jungkook could feel his heartbeat speeding up, louder than the music playing.
