Remember Me

"Everybody ready?" Sonic shouted, confirming with his team before the fight.  They all agreed and were positioning to fight their old nemesis, Eggman. Before Sonic took a step, they all  looked up seeing someone new next to him.

"Who is that?" Amy wondered.

"I don't know." Sonic replied, focusing on the new enemy.

They found a ferocious dragon who was three times the size of Dr. Eggman. The crew stood there, wondering who they are fighting against. 

"Sonic, I would like for you to meet Ryujin." Eggman chuckled, introducing to the dragon.

"Well, well, well." the ferocious dragon grinned evilly upon the group. Whoever holds such great power is here... he thought to himself, then letting off an evil chuckle. "You all seem like the superheroes of this part of the land."  

"Indeed we are!" Tails responded, his fists clenched ready to fight. 

Ryujin chuckled again. "You see here fellas, I don't want to fight you, but exchange with you." The team looked at each other in confusion. "I sense that there is someone in here that holds great power. I will spare the lives of you all, and your precious land of Mobius if they will turn him in." The group all thought of that one person that would hold great power would be Sonic.

"You think we're going to give it up that easy spike head!?" Knuckles growled, ready to fight. The team responded to Knuckles as they positioned ready to fight. 

"You fellas are stubborn." Ryujin smiled. "Very well, then." He flew in the air, blowing out a blast of fire upon the team. 

"Watch out!" Knuckles shouted as everyone dodged from the flames. Flames started to catch fire around the open space and the surrounding trees. Sonic growled, running around the dragon, jumping in the air, and kicking him down from the back. The dragon fell to the grass, with his hands touching the ground from the kick.

"So you're the one that has it." Ryujin muttered, focusing on the blue hedgehog. 

"CHARGE!"  Knuckled cried, as the rest of the team charged at Ryujin. 

"You all think that you can stop me?" Ryujin laughed, slamming Sonic's friends who stood in his way.

"Prepare to get hurt!" Amy cried, jumping in the air with her hammer ready to strike. Once Amy's hammer hit the scales of the dragon, he whacked her  away, causing her to drop her hammer, crying for help.

"Got you Amy!" said Tails, catching Amy with his X-tornado. "Let's defeat this bastard!" "Let's go!" Amy agreed. Tails pushed the trigger as he was shooting against the ferocious dragon. It angered, blasting fire upon the x-tornado.

"Tails! Amy!" Sonic cried, seeing them fall to their doom. Before he could run to rescue them, Ryujin grabbed hold of the blue hedgehog with it's claws.

"Sonic!" cried Rouge and Knuckles.  

"We got you covered!" Sonic, Rouge, and Knuckles looked over, seeing Silver and Blaze coming to the rescue. Silver zoomed past the dragon's fist, slamming it hard to release his brother. He then ran towards the surrounding trees to save Amy and Tails, bringing them back on the open spaced ground as they were laying there exhausted, covered in ashes. 

"Let's get him!" Blaze called. The rest of the team charged at Ryujin to finish the battle. Tails and Amy laid there panting from their crash.

"Are you ok Tails?" Amy panted, groaning in pain.

"Yeah.." he panted. "I'm okay. You don't seem to be Amy!"

"I'm fine Tails." Amy groaned again, touching her leg. "I think I just banged up my leg." They hear Knuckled cry from defeat. The both look up seeing their team losing the fight.
