Loki X Reader

"You're WHAT!" Lizzy exploded, throwing her hands up in the air. You look at her,  struggling to find words. 

"Now now, Elizabeth. Calm down. Such behavior is unbecoming." Loki stated. You shook your head at him frantically right as Lizzy started towards him. You grab her arm to hold her back.

"Lizzy calm yourself! Leave him alone!" You finally get out. She took a deep breath. 

"What exactly kind of human are you looking for so we can hook you up and send you out?" Lizzy asked through gritted teeth. Loki smirked. 

"Quiet. Kind. Gentle. Sarcastic. Elizabeth, did you leave your door open? There appears to be a feline in the house," Loki said. You turn and see a tiny black kitten walking cautiously over. 

"There you are, Delta! Where are your sisters?" Lizzy cooed, crouching down and scooping up the kitten, which immediately burrowed its face into her shoulder. 

"Yeah, where are Blue, Echo, and Charlie? I haven't seen them and they normally come running when you get home," you muse, glancing around. 

"You have four cats?" Loki asked, raising an eyebrow. Lizzy nodded. "Interesting. Anyway. Sarcastic, and not afraid to help me rule." Loki finished. 

Lizzy nodded. "So no human female in existence. So sad. Bye now!" Lizzy said with mock sympathy. 

Loki chuckled. "Come now, surely you don't give up that easily? I'm flexible. All you have to do is make me fall in love," he said breezily.

"Yes, no small task at all," Lizzy sighed. Suddenly she ran out of the room. "I saw you, Blue! Come back! What do you have?" She muttered. 

"So you want a quiet, kind, gentle, snarky, powerhungry girl." You say.

"Yes, Y/N, I do. Or, I think I do. No way to know. Until I meet one, that is." Loki replied.

"You have met one." You gesture at the opening Lizzy disappeared through.

"Ah. No. No I don't want that then." Loki muttered. 

You shift awkwardly, your blanket still pooled around your feet. "So..." you say.

"So indeed." Loki sighed.

"Say, Y/N, you wouldn't perhaps want to go get a drink or something, would you?" he asked.
