Justin texted me this morning saying we need to 'talk.' I already know what's it about. He told me to meet him in the usual pathway, so I did. I was walking till I saw his blonde hair from the distance.

I know I fucked up. I hurt him even more. I made him think I was his ex-girlfriend. I waved at him and he showed no emotion back.

"Hey." I said quietly.

He looked at me before saying anything. "Hi Carmen."
⠀

"So, um, what's happening?" I asked.
⠀

He took a deep breath. "You hurt me, so bad. And I just wanted to know why, why would you do this to me? Do you know what I have been through these past few years?"

"Justin, I'm sorry. It was just a joke to me, I didn't think it would hurt you that much."
⠀

"A joke? A fucking joke? You think me leaving my pregnant ex-girlfriend and abusing her is a joke?" He yelled out.

"Woah, Justin, I didn't mean it in that way! Stop making me seem like such a bad person!"

"No Carmen, you're making me seem like the bad person. Do you know how much I loved Lilly? She was my whole world, my everything, my light. We have been through so much together, and the whole time I was telling her my feelings, and it was you! And instead of being mature, you just had to fucking play along and not tell me it's the wrong number. You're a fucking bitch."

I was taken back of what he said. "Oh, fuck off! I'm sorry, okay? Don't call me a bitch because you don't know the shot I've been through! I made a mistake, things happen! You don't have to fucking make a big deal about this. This can just be between us, I promise, we will pretend we never met." I said as I came closer to him.

"No Carmen, you're going to regret what you've done." He said before walking away.
