My Lucky Day ( A Before You Exit / Toby Mcdonough Fanfiction )

" I can't believe we get to come home in a few days ! I mean sure the tour will be over and all but I miss you ! " Kristy screams at me through the phone. 

" Jezz woman are you trying to kill me in the middle of my grocery shopping ? Stop screaming you nutburger. " I said grabbing a box of Cocoa Puffs. I'd say that's a pretty fitting cereal for Kristy. 

" Oh come on don't be a stick in the mud. Yellings fun and healthy. At least that's what the guy in the genie bikini told me yesterday before making me leave. " She said and I accidentally facepalm. I only meant to internally do that now the lady beside me thinks I'm a nutbar. 

" Well okay then. So how are the boys doing ? " I say while debating between what color cheese to buy. Sometimes I like the yellow but then other times it smells gross. 

" They're great they're actually right- " Kristy said only to be cut off. 

" HI KAHLI ! " Connor yells in my ear and I drop the phone. I quickly pick it up as the people around me continue to stare at me like I'm some alien species or something. 

" Jeez Connor ! Why is everyone yelling today ?! " I ask angrily. 

" No reason. " He said giggling and I hear other giggles in the background. 

" Wait a minute you guys didn't do what I think you did... " I said wide eyed. 

" Oh you mean eat the 3 pound bag of gummy worms you hid from us in the couch cushions ? Yeah we totally did. " He said and I can practically see the sugary smile on his face. 

" How many times do I have to say that Kristy and you shouldn't have sugar ? Remember last week you lost her after she found the chocolate fountain. " I scolded. 

" Well we couldn't help it. And not to be mean or anything but you should've found a better place to hide them than the couch. We're always on the couch why did you think we wouldn't find them there ? " He asked and I groan. It's official the people in WalMart think I'm the crazy girl pushing her little buggy. 

" What am I going to do with you two... Better question what's Riley doing with you two ? " I asked because Riley knows how to handle them so where is he when you need him. 

" Well he's currently trying to find Toby because he sort of went missing yesterday... " Connor said casually. 

" What are you serious ?! " I asked passing by the magazine racks on the way to the register. 

" Yeah I'm being completely serious. We have no idea where he is. " He said and I gasped. 

" I think I found him... " I said picking up the magazine right in front of me. 

" How did you do that ? Where is he ? " Connor asked surprised. Trust me he's no where as surprised as I am right now. 

" Sucking on some blonde girls face in New York according to this. " I said putting the magazine in my cart. 

" According to what ? " He asked confused and I totally spaced that he's on the phone and not right beside me. 

" Oh this magazine. It says he was seen last night at some under 21 club. Apparently he was making out with some teen model or something. " I say feeling my heart shatter. 

" Kahlil. I'm so sor- " Connor tried but I cut him off. 

" I've gotta go, I'm checking out. Oh and you probably won't be able to get ahold of me until you get back because I'm super busy this week. Anyway I'll talk to you guys soon Bye. " I quickly said before I hung up. Honestly I'm not doing anything this week but I don't feel like having a long Dr.Phil talk with them about how I need to face my problems not run from them so they didn't need to know that.

So much for I love you. Jerk nugget. 

*HOURS LATER*

Toby has been trying to call me for the past hour ,and I hate to admit but I hope it's because Kristy found out about all of this and ripped him a new one. He deserves it. Lying to me. Pretending to care. How could he do something like that to me when he knew I care so much about him, well I did ,not anymore. 

What usually happens when guys break the girls hearts in those chick flicks again ? Don't they go get like ice cream or something ? Hey I could go for some ice cream right about now. Yeah I think I'll just go get some and think of all the ways I can hang out with Riley and Connor but not Toby for when they get back. Best thing I've decided to do all day. 

A/N: So this was supposed to be longer but I cut this in two and so yeah... At least there's another chapter now ! Hahaha Anyway only 3 more chapters until this is officially over... Oh and I don't know if I ever told any of you this but this was actually my first fanfiction to write. Like ever. I just thought you guys might find that interesting, if not I'm sorry I just bored you with knowledge. Also I was wondering with the way I'm going to end this there is enough room for an Epilogue. So would you guys want an Epilogue following the last official chapter ? I hadn't originally planned to have one but why not right ? So yeah that's about it so please let me know what you think. Byah !
