Wrong spelling and grammar.
The bane of my existence. Yes, I'm that person.
Now, once or twice, I can understand, happens to the best of us. But seriously, if I had a penny for every time I saw someone use a 'their' instead of 'they're' or a 'whose' instead of a 'who's', I'd be pretty damn loaded.
I have literally thought to myself, 'Okay, (insert my name), one more time I see this same spelling mistake or wrong piece of grammar, I'm gonna stop reading.'
I have stopped reading some books for this particular reason, too.For example,
Hey guyz i hope u lyk mah storey commentt if u lyk it plsss.... dont frget too vote to! wat did u thnk abt d nue carachterrs in dis chappie do u thnk their nys? Plsss plsss follow me n mah bestie @(insert ridiculous name) . Cud ne1 mek me a covver plsss plss! Luv u all! ❤❤
Cringe worthy?
You bet!Feel homicidal? 💀
You bet!Noticed that the 'follow me' part was the only place where a monosyllabic word was spelt correctly, was no coincidence?
You bet!P.S. Does anybody else hate it when people spell love, 'luv'?
