Kara's POV

Barry and I fell asleep on the hospital bed together, but were awoken by Mick's evident screams.

"Uh" I said

"Yeah" Barry agreed to my unspoken communication.

We looked out to the waiting room and seen that many people were running from Mick, Sara and Snart. I seen Sara putting on her jacket and then handcuffing Snart to take with her. But I could see it in Mick's eyes that he wanted his old partner back.

"What the hell just happened" Dr. Shepherd said entering the room closing the door behind him

"A bad ending to their game of bullshit?" I said trying to cover it up

"Either way since you two are awake now, I would like to tell you that the surgery went well and Mr. Olsen will be out in around five minutes. Have a nice day. And Dr. Grey and Dr. Roche would like to speak with Lexie, so whenever she gets back, just have her tell the front desk" Shepherd said walking out.

"Were we really asleep for that long?" Barry asked

"I guess so. But I missed you and I am so glad to have you back" I said hugging him. Then I reached into his pocket and took out his phone.

"Hey! Kar! What are you doing! You dont even know the password" He said pushing me out of the hug to see his phone in my hands

"OH come on! While you were gone for what feels like forever, you didn't think I wouldn't get Felicity to get me the password? Plus mines back on the ship!" I said texting a huge group chat.

To: Gideon, Sara, Ray, Jax, Nate, Amaya, Mick, Caitlin, Cisco, Kara, Alex, J'onn, Winn, James, Felicity, Oliver, Laurel, Roy, Thea+

"James just got out of surgery. Alex is wanted by Dr. grey and whoever Dr. Roche is. -kara from Barry's phone"

"Of course you got Felicity to get the password"

"Your password was 'theflash' in all lowercase. Even I could have guessed that"

He groaned at me as Hames was soon wheeled into the room.

"James!" I said excited to see him

"Hey, oh Barry. Nice to see you man" James replied shaking his hand

"Glad to be back and I am glad you are okay"

"Yeah. Me too" Janes said as we all laughed.

"James ma man!" Winn said bursting into the room

"Winn!" He said sitting up to greet all the others. And by the time we all said hello, we had filled the hospital room entirely.

"Hey Kara, I am uh going I go see what my so called sister from another earth wants from me"

"Yeah sure just don't be long. As soon as James is discharged we are going" I said watching as she ran out the door. I may have used my superhearing to eavesdrop.

"Hi um I'm Lexie. Dr Grey said to come to the front desk as she wanted to talk to me" Alex sai professionally.

"Certainly. I will page her and Dr. Roche." The nurse said

"Lexie. Okay Lex, now I know you have been having some... issues remembering who you are. You obviously have hit your head and fallen under the thought that you are some Agent Danvers. Lexie that is not. You." Dr. Grey said walking with her. As they grew further, it became harder and harder to hear.

"No. Dr.Grey I am Alex Danvers. Not this Lexie person you think I am supposed to be" Alex said letting her temper start to slip

"See yyou're doing it again. So..........Dr.Roche.......make you better........." Dr.Grey's speech was too far causing my superhearing to breakup.

"No..........Dr.Grey........please.......She...........Lillian Luthor........help me!" Alex screamed as I stood up.

"Kara" People started saying my name. I almost didnt hear them.

I walked out of the room, followed by Barry.

"Kara! Kara. Kit!" He said holding my wrist.

"You want in? Suit up and tell the others. Alex is in trouble. I just wish they all didn't have to be so close to my heart sometimes" I said letting go co to using to walk in the waverider's direction.

"Gideon!" I shouted stepping aboard. I was the only free person on the ship. "Show me where my sister is"

"There is no Alex Danvers in the hospital records. Would it be under a different name?" Gideon replied

"I'm going to suit up. And check Lexie or Alexandra Grey." I said walking into my room. In reality, I would have suited up and went out to save my sister. But this time, this was different.

"KARA? KARA?" The rest of the teams started shouting as they boarded. I ignored them.

"Kara what the hell is going on" Amaya said when she found me sneaking out the back entrance.

"My sister is what is going on. Now if you would all like to back me up, it would be greatly appreciated."

"Kit? Potsticker? Hello?" I heard Barry shouting for me

"She's in here" Amaya shouted

"Kitkat why are you doing this. You should have just asked for help." Barry said holding my hands.

"Gideon have you found any record of my sister?" I asked shaking off Barry's grip

"An Alexandra Grey was just checked into the mental health ward around thirty minutes ago." Gideon replied

The rest of the teams eventually showed up as they started bombarding me with questions.

"ALL RIGHT HOLD UP!" I shouted at them all. "Alex was checked into the mental ward by Lillian Luthor. Luthor is under an alias though. I know Lillian took over one of the rooms for her 'patients' and Alex is about to be turned into a monster and I won't be able to do anything about it if you guys keep asking the same question over and over."

"Wait how do you know though" Ray asked me

"I super-eavesdropped. Aside from that I could really use some back up. Who's in" I said as they all ran off to suit up. That left me and James alone in the room

"Kara, I know you are going to tell me to sit this one out and trust me I plan on it. But are you sure that's what you heard"

"Almost certain. And I am going to get her back. I just wish it was another god damn hospital" I said

"Bring her back. For all of us" James said as they all came back from a surprisingly speedy change.

"You sure about this?" Barry asked me

"As certain as the fact I am craving potstickers" I said as we all walked out and made our way to the hospital.

'It had to be Seattle Grace. Why not Mercy West!' The thought exes through my mind as we broke in through the fire escape next to the OR's.
