Kara's POV, Earth-1, Sixth Floor of SGH

"Oh no. Oh no no no no no" I started panicking realizing what I was doing.

"Kara it's okay. Your bloodlust is gone for a while. It shouldn't come up again for another month or so" Thea said trying to reassure me.

"No. I can't be a part of this team if I am going to be killing someone every month. I'm sorry, but I am not an assassin" I said breaking the circle and then flying up through the ceiling leaving a me sized hole in my place.

I flew back to the Waverider but no one paid any attention as I ran towards the room where Vix, Felicity, Alex and I shared a room.

I practically tore apart my stuff, trying to find the essentials I needed. My glasses, my favourite pair of pumps, my Burberry trench coat, the necklace Barry bought me on our one month anniversary of dating (it was a gold heart that had 'superfriends' written on the back), and most importantly, my inter dimensional extrapolator that Cisco made me back after the invasion happened.

I shoved it all in a duffle bag with a few more clothing and toiletries and then went to leave. But I couldn't without writing a note. Well more like a hologram I decided to leave it with Gideon.

"Dear my amazing friends, teammates, the best sister I could ever ask for, and especially you Barry Allen. I can't a part of this team or even here anymore. My bloodlust has taken over a part of me that is much to large for me to control. It may have been different for you guys, Sara and Thea, but I can't take it anymore. I am leaving and not coming back. Don't look for me, don't say hi if we ever cross paths, look at me like i am a complete stranger. Because trust me, I will never be the same again. Barry, I love you. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and even though I can't bear to leave without you, I must. For your sakes and mine. I am a danger to you all. So goodbye. I love you all so dearly, but trust me, this is an action that needs to be taken. Now if the rest of you watching could leave, I need to share something with only Barry and Alex." I said pausing for a few minutes, trying to hold back the tears. "Okay Barry let me start by saying the past, almost year with you have been the best I could have ever asked for. So thank you, but you need to move on. I can't be a part of your life anymore, but I know you can always remember me by what I have given you. I know it's not much but my broken glasses were the ones I found days later after you saved me when we first met. But I am asking you to please please move on with your life. I don't want to see you stuck watching Singin' in the Rain on your couch. And Alex, you took me under your wing when I first came here and I see you, not as an adoptive sister, but as my real sister who I know would be trying to get me back. But please, stay with the team. Defeat HAVOC with the others and then you can choose where to go from there. Maybe someday we will meet again in the multiverse." I said laughing as I used that same ending on the first note I wrote Barry back in that summer. "I love you both. Now please move on. I don't want to be the one holding you back any longer. I left my phone with you so don't bother tracing it. And if you need me, call my cousin. He is the more famous one anyways. Goodbye" I said, balling my eyes out at the end.

I cleaned up, put my broken glasses in Barry's room and then went to leave. Only to bump into Felicity on my way out.

"Kara! Are you okay?!" She said relieved to see me.

"I will be. Eventually. Anyways, bye" I said running out of the Waverider.

"Kara?" I heard Alex shout as I ran past, faster and faster for each person who noticed me. As soon a s I reached the edge of the forest, I had a train of people trailing behind trying to get me.

"As long as I am here I am putting a great danger on you all. I'm sorry" I said before flying away to the deep part of the forest were they wouldn't find me.

I dug through my bag, pulled out the extrapolator and pushed the button. As I walked through I prayed I would en up on the right earth.

Earth-38, Fortress of Solitude

"Kelex?" I asked after entering the fortress.

"Miss Zor-El how may I be of your assistance." Kelex said coming out from around the corner.

"Contact Kal-El and tell him that I am moving in to the fortress. I need a place to stay where no one will find me." I said laying my stuff in the corner of the fortress I would soon call my own.
