Barry's POV

I got a text from Cisco saying that since Kara an I 'peaced the scene' that they have only been training in order for them to become strong enough to take down Havoc if we don't get back in time.

I sat in Kara's apartment on her bed that I hoped she didn't mind me using. I was her boyfriend though so I guess it's okay?

After running to Noonan's and back for my first breakfast of the day, I heard a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" I said with a mouthful of food

"It's Clark, Barry open the door or I will kick it down myself" Clark said from the outside.

"Hold up I'm coming" I said putting the plate down an walking towards the door

"I thought you were supposed to be the fastest man alive" He said walking in. "But that's not why I came here." I closed the door behind him an we sat on the couch.

"You've heard from Kara" I asked eagerly

"Yeah. I know where she is, but she doesn't want you to know. She thinks I'm in metropolis at work right now. But since my Sunday hours no longer exist, I came to talk to you" he said.

"She left a hologram but I didn't know how to press play so its been going off as just a silhouette of Kara in there for the past twelve hours.

"Here pass it over" he said as I ran to the box and put it in his arms.

He pressed play.

"Barry Allen. When I said to Alex I wanted you to stay with the team to stop Havoc, you were implied in that too..." She went on and on babbling like the Marley inside of her. "For your information; know this. Kara Danvers is dead. Marley Rose is long dead. Supergirl is dead. Kara Zor-El is practically dead. I need you go back to your earth, forget about me. Try to find feelings for someone else. I am no longer a hero. Nor am I a villain. I am an ordinary person who is going to stay silent, not look anyone in the eye, and move on with her life as the single person she will forever be" She said as the hologram turned off.

I had tears running down my face and you could see the start of Kal's too.

"Barry. I'm sorry. Kara has slipped into the darkest state of mind right now and I have no idea why" He told me

"Kara is bloodlust" I said straight up.

"Oh my god Barry!!" His temper started to rise again.

"Kal! Calm down I told you this yesterday" I said putting my hands on his shoulders

"How?" He asked me more calmly, so I explained the story.

"You know there were invaders on Krypton once that made Kryptonians bloodlust. But my father managed to create a medicine that could help any type of alien overcome their bloodlust and therefor when the bloodlust was gone, the villain creating the action dies too as it had no ones soul to hold onto. And for them to survive..." He said

"They need a soul" we said in unison.

"Okay Kara may kill me for this now but I know where she is right now." Clark said standing up. I was still in shock. I could fix Kara and Sara's bloodlust if I brought the medication back. "Barry" He said as I snapped out of it.

"We're are we headed?" I asked

"A place safe for Kryptonians. But you can't run there. I'm going to have to fly you" he said as I jumped into his arms

"Well this is just awkward" I said as we flew into the air towards the Kryptonians safe haven.

"Okay so I am going to open the door and tell Kelex..." he said as I shot a confused look "the robot that is from krypton, that you are no intruder. Then I will talk to Kara and then once I give her the pill, she will start to feel better so you will come out and hopefully she won't remember what she did!" he said using his strength to pick up the huge key.

As we walked in, I looked around the corner and seen a girl with brown hair, huge glasses on a bed reading. When Kara said that Kara was dead, she was not kidding. She turned, picked up a small bottle, dumped what I figured was a pill into her hand and stared at it. She was about to take it.

"Kara hey!" Kal said his voice turning to worry. "KARA NO! DON'T TAKE THOSE" He shouted running towards her. She obviously wasn't supposed to be taking the pills she was taking. I bet Kal and smaked the bottle of pills out of her hand and took the ones about to enter her mouth and out them in with the others.

"YOU!" Kara was angry at Kal "YOU TOLD HIM WHERE I WAS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD YOU NOT TO!" She went for Kal.

"Barry" Kal started to say but was busy trying to fend off her cousin

I pulled her off of him and then she went for me.

"Kal get the pill" I shouted as I kept running around the safe haven.

"Barry I have it" He said as I stopped. There was a whole packet filled with them so I broke the aluminum over the top one and popped it in my hand.

"PIN HER DOWN" I said as I was hugging Kara. Kal managed to pin her down so I placed the pill in her mouth. She was trying to scream but after she swallowed the pill, her rage became less and less.

"Barry? Kal?" Kara said sitting up.

"Kara" I said reaching out to her

"What the hell have I done?" She asked looking around then at her reflection in the glass.
