It is a summers day and you are walking down the shores of California. You find it calming to listen to the soothing waves. You turn to look out into the ocean, which looks as beautiful as ever. But your gaze snaps to a man surfing on the waves. You find to hard to see him clearly so you just watch him. You find him really good at it but you force yourself to look away as he comes back to the shore.
You keep on walking but suddenly you get pushed down by a masked man to the ground. You scream in pain to the impact as the man takes your bag, containing your purse and phone, and starts to run off.
You struggle to get up so you lay helplessly on the floor, but you see that there is somebody chasing him. It is the man who was surfing. He catches up to the man and pushes him to the ground. But the thief gets quickly back up and throws at punch at the surfer. The surfer defends and impressively throws a couple of punches, showing the thief's weakness. The thief gets scared and runs off, leaving your bag on the floor.
The surfer picks it up and walks over to you. You get to see his face. He has golden, messy hair and the most piercing blue eyes you have ever seen. He is topless, showing off his muscles, and is wearing some swimming trunks. You think that he looks handsome......and also sexy.
"Are you alright?" he asks, stretching out a hand. You nod and take his hand. He pulls you up and gives you your bag back.
"Here you go." he says.
"Thanks. I appreciate your help." you reply as you pull out your phone from your bag. You check the time and realise that you are in work, running late.
"Oh, sorry. I need to go. I am late for work!" You say quickly.
The surfer flashes a grin, "No worries. See ya."
"Goodbye." you say as you turn to walk away but realise that you don't know the surfer's name. You turn back round, "Hey, what's your name?"
"Brian." he replies with a smile.
"I'm Y/N. It was nice to meet you."
"It was nice to meet you too." Brian replies and you walk away, hoping that you will see him again.
