Fragile Rose (a RWBY fanfiction)

Ruby hugged Weiss from behind. "You, my beautiful snowflake, do not have classes today."

Weiss had stayed overnight with Ruby again, and woke with the brunettes arms around her. She blushed deeply as she heard what Ruby had called her.

"You're right, I don't have any classes. But it's not like you're going anywhere, so we can't have a date or anything." Weiss mentioned.

Ruby smiled devilishly and let go of Weiss. "First of all, the nurse told me that I should be fine walking back to the dorm at least. Second of all, I was hoping to just lay with you today."

Weiss turned around to look at Ruby, who was standing up to leave. "When did the nurse tell you that you could go?"

"This morning before you woke up." She said, putting on her hood. She held out a hand for Weiss to take. "Now, would my princess like to come with me for a walk home?"

Weiss laughed at the younger girls antics. "Ok, what is with these cute names? Are you sure you're feeling ok?"

"Too much?" Ruby asked, a nervous smile on her face. "I thought I'd try it."

Weiss lifted a hand up to the scythe wielders cheek. "You don't need to work hard to keep me around. I'm here."

"Well, you did reject her. Twice." A familiar voice said behind them.

Weiss slowly turned around to see Yang standing there, her hands on her hips. Blake was standing behind her, a small pile of books in her arms.

"Hey guys..." Weiss mumbled.

Ruby waved quickly. "Sup, Yang. Hey, Blake. What are you guys up to?" She asked.

"Blake wanted to show me some things in her books, and I heard that you were going back to the dorm, so I thought that we'd go and do that somewhere else and not bug you guys!" Yang explained, a big grin on her face.

Ruby looked at the two of them with suspicion. "Yang... Are you and Blake going to do something rated R together?"

Yang looked completely dumbfounded, and Blake fell over laughing behind her. "How did..? When..? Did Blake..?"

"Wait, you didn't realized that I knew about your relationship?" Ruby asked.

Weiss raised an eyebrow. "They're in a relationship?"

"You didn't know?!" Ruby exclaimed. "I thought it was pretty obvious. Especially with how loud Blake is."

The faunus instantly shut up, her face a deep crimson. Yang picked her up off of the ground and threw her over a shoulder.

"W-we'll be back later... Don't do a-anything I wouldn't do..." She said, forcing her face to be smiling, but she was obviously uncomfortable.

"But guys! Don't have too much fun!" Ruby called after them.

Weiss stood in disbelief. "Wait... so they're..?"

"Yup." Ruby chimed.

"And I didn't notice..?" The heiress asked.

Ruby laughed. "Apparently not."

"So... That sound that Blake was making a few weeks ago..?"

"Yup."

"And that's why you turned me around to get some lunch..?"

"Yup."

Weiss tackled Ruby in a bearhug. "Oh thank you! I don't know how I would react to walking in on that."

Ruby smiled and hugged Weiss back, gently petting her hair. "Don't worry, I won't let you be exposed to Yang just yet. I mean, it'll happen I'm sure, but not yet."

Weiss snuggled into Ruby's shoulder, letting the girl with red tips hold her even closer.

"And I'm gonna be the first to present that activity to you."

"What was that, Ruby?" Weiss asked.

Ruby quickly jumped away and took Weiss' hand. "Nothing! Nothing at all!" She said as she pulled Weiss towards the dorm room. "Let's just go and snuggle for a while, ok?"

The white haired girl blushed as she smiled. "That would be nice."

Ruby opened the door to the room and rushed in, slamming it as soon as Weiss was in. She locked the door and jammed a chair under the handle. Turning around, she saw her girlfriend sitting on her bed, about to open a little box on it. Ruby quickly grabbed her wrists and moved them away from the small box.

"What's wrong?" Weiss asked.

Ruby looked at the package, noting to tag addressed To Ice Queen. From Y.

"This is Yang we're talking about, this entire room could be booby trapped. And a present for you from her when it's not a holiday or anything? Doesn't that seem a little suspicious?" Ruby pointed out.

Weiss through about it. "You're right, that is suspicious... So is that why you blocked off the door?"

"Oh that? I just didn't want anyone bugging us." Ruby said.

Weiss sighed and pulled Ruby onto the bed. "I'm not sure if that's creepy or considerate."

"Let's go with considerate." Ruby said as she gently wrapped her arms around Weiss from behind.

Weiss laughed softly. "Sure, we'll go with that, you dolt."

"You know you love me." Ruby said as she kissed the heiress' neck gently.

Weiss turned her head to the right without even thinking about it, exposing more of her neck to Ruby's quick kiss.

The scythe wielder smiled devilishly. "Weissy? May I ask what you're doing?" Ruby asked.

Weiss made a small sound and sighed happily.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't quite hear what you said." Ruby chimed as she kissed Weiss' neck again. "Could you repeat that?"

"Just sitting with a pretty girl." The ivory haired girl whispered. "That feels nice."

Ruby continued to kiss her neck gently, until she gently bit the girl. Weiss moaned ever so slightly and her hand reach over and gripped the back of Ruby's head.

"Weiss." Ruby whispered into the heiress' ear.

Weiss sighed happily. "Yes Ruby?"

"I hope you know that you're gonna be the Blake in this relationship." The red head softly said.

Weiss' eyes widened. "What does that mean, Rub~ AHHH!!!"

The girl in white was interrupted by Ruby turning her around and pushing her down on the bed.

"R-Ruby... You just got out o-of the hospital... You shouldn't p-push yourself...." Weiss stuttered.

The team leader raised a brow. "You haven't said no, Weissy. Are you really only concerned with me?"

"W-well, we just s-started this relationship... I don't want to move too f-AHH!!!"

Weiss was again interrupted, but this time by Ruby's teeth on her neck. "Don't worry. We can go slowly."
