"So I untie you and you untie me,then when they come thinking we are stick tied up,we attack and escape from here,with the others, simple", said Gabriel.
" it's not that simple, how are you going to untie me? ",asked Rose.
" that's left for me to decide,you just know that once I untie you, you will untie me, got it",said Gabriel.
"Yeah," said Rose.
Grace and Gabriel friend were at the end.
"So Aaron will you be able to protect me if I am captured?", asked Grace.
" you are captured now",said Aaron.
"We are both captured", said Grace.
" don't worry Grace I will defeat you from the bad guy",said Aaron.
"Oh my hero", said Grace.
" I wonder who is responsible for all of this",said Gabriel.
"It's Chief Hufrey ", said Rose.
" what?",said Gabriel.
"You heard me", said Rose.
" Chief Hufrey who is the king's adviser?, "asked Gabriel.
" yes,that very one ",said Rose.
" it's unbelievable, he is so good to everyone ",said Gabriel.
" that's what you think ",said Rose.
"But why?", asked Gabriel.
" I don't know yet,but first I will fine proof that he is the one responsible, then I will fine out why and how",said Rose.
Chief Hufrey came in with some boys and a old man tying white and red wrapper.
"Bring the sacrifice, to renew the ritual", the old man said to the chief.
The Chief moved his head to the boys inform of a signal. The boys opened the barn.
" now is the time, follow the plan,untie me",said Rose softly.
"Wait", said Gabriel.
" why?",asked Rose.
"I need to know what he does here", said Gabriel.
" do you want one of us to be affected first ",said Rose.
" shut up",the boys said to Rose because they heard her talking but didn't hear what she was saying.
They carried Grace.
"No,let me go", said Grace.
" let her go, now ",said Rose.
" or what ",said one of the boys as they laughed.
" Grace",said Aaron.
"Aaron help me, you promised to help me, Rose don't let they take me", said Grace.
" let her go take me instead ",said Rose.
" don't worry we will come for you next",said one of the boys.
The old man asked the boys to put her down and he tied a red cloth on her,then he cut her and poured her blood in a calabash and did so many incantations and her blood changed in the calabash, it changed from red to black and gave it to the chief to drink,the chief drank some and poured some from his mouth on a goat's skull in the shrine, I guess it's their god. The old man continued with the incantations and Grace became pale,and she opened her eyes,it was red.
               Journey to the west
Jack and Abel were washing their faces in a river.
"Do you really what to marry that goddess?", asked Abel.
" what",said Jack.
"You told her where to meet you, I mean what are you doing?", asked Abel.
" she is not a goddess ",said Jack.
" is that your major priority now,rather she is a goddess or not which I know she is, do you wish to marry her? ",asked Abel again.
" yes,I got to like her the short time there especially when she told me her story, she is not a goddess, she is a human like us and we are alike in a way,she also lost her parents when she was little and was adopted by the goddess Sandy, the goddess found her in the woods next to the sinking sand and raised her like her own,so after the goddess died,she inherited her land",said Jack.
"Seriously Jack,adopted, born they are all the same she is the child of the goddess, therefore a goddess, but you know I wouldn't argue with you, you can do anything you want", said Abel.
The sand on the ground started moving and they started hearing a loud sound ,which later stopped.
" did you hear that? ",asked Jack.
" it's like an earth wake ",said Abel.
Then the sound started again and louder this time.
Jack looked at his right and saw animals running towards them,it was a stampede.
" what we going to do? ",asked Abel.
" run",said Jack as he started running and Abel followed soon Abel was in front and the animals covered Jack.
"Jack", shouted Abel.
" Abel ",shouted Jack as Jack went unconscious.
     After some hours Jack wake up, there were animals every where,wild animals.
" oh my God,I am dead",said Jack to himself.
He stayed where he was and didn't move. Some one came in.
"Good, you woken up,come out to the light", he said.
" who are you ?",asked Jack.
"I am the guardian of the animals, I and my family, come", he said to Jack.
" I can't ",said Jack.
" why?",he asked.
Jack looked at the animals fearfully.
"Oh I am sorry", said the man.
" everyone out",he said to the animals and they all left.
"You speak to the animals?," asked Jack.
"I understand their language, they understand mine", sailed the man.
Jack came out of the cave and saw Abel playing with the animals.
A snake crawled on Abel.
" Abel look out a snake",shouted Jack .
Abel took the snake and pet it.
" i can see that you have woken up,Jack",sailed Abel.
Abel walked to Jack.
"Hey touch it, it's wouldn't bite", said Abel referring to the snake.
" yes,it would and it's bite is very deadly",said Jack.
"Come, I will introduce you to my family", said the man.
They went to a hut.
" daddy ",said his children as they ran to him,a boy and a girl.
" lovely children ",said Abel.
" what's your name little one?",asked Jack.
"My name is Alexander", said the boy.
" while mine is Alexandria ",said the girl.
" wow,nice names,are they twins?",asked Jack.
"No,they are not,the boy is other but I believe them to be warriors some day", said the man.
His wife came out.
" you both are welcome, come and join us with dinner ",she offered and they went in.
Over dinner the man told the boys if an ancient story.
" my family has been the guardian of the animals for years..",said the man.
"And they never attacked you guys?",asked Jack.
" they are the stubborn ones but we always know how to control them,there this prophets... ",said the man as Abel cut in again.
" prophecy again, will it end",said Abel.
"Will you boys let me finish?", asked the man.
" sorry ",said the boys.
" as I was saying there was a prophecy that the animals had a human king and the guardian was to guard them till the king's come, and a way of knowing the king arrival, all the animals were rejoice and run to welcome their king which was done to you ",said the man.
" welcome, we almost died",said Jack.
"Actually Jack, when the animals got to us they raised us up as if they were cheering us but you collapsed before they raised you up", said Abel.
" how is that possible ?",asked Jack.
"Are is it possible that you are alive not even scratched after being in a stampede", said Abel.
" maybe you are right, but I am not some animal king and I am not staying here to take care of some animal ",said Jack.
" yes,you are not the animal king and the animal wouldn't stay here to take care of them but continue to go on in the world, meet other animals and help them as they help you, it's the guardians job to help them",said the man.
"So who is the animal king?",asked Abel.
" you are",answered the man.
"Why am I everyone's chosen one", said Abel.
" there are not different chosen one, there is only one chosen one, that's why it's called the chosen one ",said the man.
" but why me?",asked Abel.
"No one knows but there was a reason you are chosen", sailed the man.
" finish eating, then rest tomorrow is another day",said the man.
      He leaves the table.
