I revealed new skill but still unable to use it yet. It was unable to be activated as I still hadn't unlocked it. Maybe I would be able to do it after I leveled up once. I stared at the ceilings for a while.

"Maybe I should sleep for a bit more."

I muttered. I closed my eyes and entered my dream world once again.

Inside the throne room, the king was gathering the important figures of his kingdom.

"Elle-dono, is this information authentic?"

The king asked. Duventoliel and Lyold knelt before the king.

"I swear god that I had spoken what I have heard."

She said.

"In that case, we should groom our heroes faster."

The Pope said.

"How's the training?"

The king asked.

"The five of them were still learning. Out of five, two of them had combat experience from brawls and ancient martial arts."

The Pope said.

"I see. Keep your good work."

The king said.

"Also, Your highness, about my previous proposal regarding Princess Alicia..."

The pope added.

"I won't change my decision. I won't give my daughter to the hero as his bride!!"

The king said with angry tone.

"But, that Baron is just lowly child of the former saint with an unknown man."

The Pope said.

"Pope-dono, are you trying to anger me?"

The king warned.

"I don't dare, Your Highness."

The Pope bowed.

"Regarding Baron Concerto, we have something to report."

Lyold said. Duventoliel glanced at him without saying anything.

"Speak"

"Actually, the information we just reported regarding the demon lord's location is actually the deeds of Baron Concerto."

"What?"

The Pope looked surprised.

"Baron Concerto had faced against a Commander Class Demon by himself and managed to gain the information from it. He also had defeated it."

Lyold added.

"Hou, as expected my son in law."

The King seemed pleased.

"But, where is he now?"

He asked.

"Currently, Baron Concerto had entered a sudden slumber state. He had slept for three days straight till today."

Lyold said.

"Bah! Look, he even had sleeping all day. Compared to him, the hero now is training to defeat the demon lord."

The Pope said.

"How shameless can you be?!! Ren is not yet an adult you know?!! Are you telling me that he must win against that demon commander without losing anything? It was already miracle that he is still fine after received that strike directly."

Duventoliel said angrily.

"Who cares about that? He's not a human anymore. He can't be measured with our standard anymore."

The Pope said.

"How dare you!!"

Duventoliel was almost hitting the Pope if Lyold didn't stop her.

"Calm down, both of you."

A man stopped them. He was a man on his 40s. He wore silver armor and his wavy brown hair was extending till his plate mail.

"General Gustav"

The king said.

"In this regards I'm sorry but I also sided with Elle-dono. If Concerto-dono is no longer human, his feat defeating a demon commander can't be ignored. He also had acquired the information regarding the demon lord's location too. Repaying his feat with the annulment of his engagement is a shameless decision to make."

Gustav said.

"That feat is done by a non-human. That ungrateful non-human should be thankful for us letting them stay alive and well."

The Pope said. Duventoliel twitched hearing this.

"Non-human is it? Is that a war declaration against the Elves, Dwarves, Beastmen, Seamen, and Dryads?"

She asked. The Pope glared back at her.

"What kind of right do you have to declare that? You're just a 'mere' single elf. There's no way the filthy alliance of-"

"SILENCE!!"

The king shouted to stop the Pope.

"Pope-dono, we're currently waging a war against the demons. We can't afford to offend the other races. Instead, we should unite our strength with them and defeat that wicked demon lord!!"

The king warned.

"My apologies, Your Highness."

The Pope apologized.

"Please forget what the pope had said earlier."

The king apologized.

"You should handle him better. If one of the ambassadors from the alliance was here, the war declaration will be inevitable."

Duventoliel said.

"I'll keep that in mind."

The king said.
