I led my party descending the mountain at a slow pace. It had been two hours after we parted with Torarol.

"Rosemaria, what did that commander said regarding the rebels during the interrogation?"

I asked.

"He said that currently the kingdom was attacking every base of the rebel force. This endurance based strategy of his was proposed by a mysterious man at the capital called 'Royal Strategist'. That guy knows nothing much as he was an amateur soldier just two weeks ago but he was sent here as a commander thanks to his good score in his academy times."

She said.

"That 'Royal Strategist' again huh?"

I muttered. I somehow felt uncomfortable when I heard this person's nickname.

"Milord, it seems like we got some company."

Fianna said. I looked around and saw few shadows were hiding behind the trees.

"I guess you got impatient aren't you, Torarol-dono."

I said quite loudly. But, there's no response. There's no movement from the people lurking in the darkness. I sighed.

"To think I was fooled to help a band of bandit claiming to be rebels army, I feels so ashamed."

I said. A figure walked out from the forest. 

"That's quite rude, Magus-dono. We're Ashfolia Liberation Army not some kind of mountain bandit."

The large built man said.

"Ashfolia? I've never heard that name before."

I said.

"I see, the remnants of Demon Cultist Union huh?"

My mother said.

"Demon Cultist? I see, so that's it."

I muttered.

"Don't call us with that name!! We're proud knights of Ashfolia!! We are only loyal toward our first Lord, and will wait for his return to this world after reincarnation!!"

He said proudly.

"Heh!! First Lord my ass!! You guys are just Demon Lord Fanatic who waits for the worst demon Lord's return!!"

Rosemaria joined the argument.

"Don't speak ill of our Lord!! Acedia-sama is a magnificent Lord who almost erase all war and conflict from this world!!"

He shouted back. At that time my body tensed. Hearing my title was mentioned I couldn't help but having a cold sweat.

"Erasing the war and conflict you said?!!! All he did is massacre of innocent!! He destroyed a kingdom after another with his 'Death Scythe' Daemon Arms even make the land itself died!!"

My sweat become more intense after my authority was mentioned too. Realizing that the mentioned Demon Lord was similar to me, Fianna and Karina looked at me.

"Then, since you heretics are already gathered here, I'll cleanse all of you right away!!"

My mother declared.

"Mother, you sounded like a villainous third rate Boss of an RPG if you said that in that attire."

I muttered with low voice.

"Eh? Is that so?"

She looked dumbfounded as she turned toward me.

"You heard what I said?"

I froze when she gave that sudden reaction. It was strange of course as I just muttered that sentence with barely audible sound and there's 3 meters distance between us.

"Don't underestimate a mother's attentive ear!! Even we're far apart I will be able to know if you're talking about me!!"

She said.

"I think you should add son complex before the word mother over there."

Rosemaria retorted. When she said that I just remembered that my mother had a son complex and let my guard down since our reunion.

"Ara, I become embarrassed if you said that."

Mother said that bashfully.

"That's not a compliment you know!!"

Everyone present retorted at her. Also seeing a dark knight wrapped in sinister acting bashful like a maiden was quite surreal even for me. It was like a horror movie with a yandere main heroine. Even our opponent was having their eyebrow twitch from irritation.

"Well, that's aside, Karina, can you take care of them? As fast as possible is what I want. You can use your legion crest."

I commanded. And with that, a hell descended to the Ashfolia Liberation Army. I yawned as watching her rampaged around and for some reason, mother and Rosemaria joined the gray in the middle.
