AFTER ALEC'S AND VALERIE'S make out session, they both went to the armory. Jace raises the eyebrows at the sight of Alec's slightly messy hair and Valerie's smudged lipstick but decides against asking. As Alec was runing his arrow, and Valerie was sharpening a regular machete, Clary storms into the room. "Jace, Val, what are you guys doing?"
Jace tosses a Seraph blade onto the table. "Every second we waste here, Hodge gets closer to valentine."
Valerie purses her lips. "Unless he already got to him." Everyone shoots Valerie a look and she raises her hands up in defense. "Hey, we were all thinking it."
Clary places her hands on the table and Alec slightly backs away, not wanting to be in the argument between the two. Valerie also backing away.
Alec swings his quiver of arrows over his shoulder, his eyes slightly widening at the words Clary was saying. "Jace, you cannot let emotions cloud your judgment. Your words, remember? When I first wanted to find my mom, I didn't care about anyone else." Valerie slightly coughs. "But you were the one that taught me it's about a world that's bigger than us."
Jace gives a small glare towards the girl. "That's why you need to wake her up. She was his prisoner... and his wife. If anyone can stop him, she can."
"Jace, listen to me—."
Before Clary can go on further, Valerie cuts her off. "Okay, I'm not gonna stand here and hear you guys argue, either you're both going or your not. I don't care. I'm going to find Valentine, and when I do find him, I'm going to kill him."
After a few more words being spoken between Clary and Jace, Jace and Alec finally catch up to Valerie who was making her way out the institute. "Valerie." Valerie turns on her heel to lookin at Alec. "How are we gonna find Hodge? He didn't leave anything we can track."
Valerie scoffs and continues to walk. "I can track him. Or have Magnus."
It was Jace's turn to scoff, as he pulls out his phone. "You need to stop thinking with your Stele, Alec. There's more than one way to track."

Jace made a call to the Jade Wolf. The three need everyone they can get to help. Izzy, Clary, and Simon went to the Hotel Dulmort to try and "talk to Camille." Valerie's ears perk up at the sound of footsteps. She was currently in full blood wolf mode, in an abandoned parking garage in the dark.
