Save the Savior | TWD

Negan had made an announcement that there was a group that was in the Savior's way. I knew already that he was intimidated of them, he wouldn't have brought the group up if he wasn't. He would never admit that though. He would also be taking whatever they had but he wanted to have them join the Saviors. Negan was bringing his men and I to meet him, there was about 20 of us. I didn't want to go at all, I was sick and I felt weak. It was annoying but I needed to get out of the building. I was told to keep watch of the others from the unknown group. We were driving over to meet them and I was scared. Whenever Negan didn't get his way, he would lose his shit and cause more trouble than there already was.

"You won't like him. You need to stay away from him," Negan warned me, as he drove the truck to the path which I assumed was close to the group.

"Everything is going to be fine, Negan. I haven't even met the guy yet," I said, grabbing his free hand to reassure him. He looked over to me and gave me a nervous smile, which also made me nervous. Before I could ask him what was wrong, we made a stop. There was a large gate, bigger than Alexandria's and it was heavily secured. No wonder why Negan was intimidated. We stepped out of the car, he warned me again to stay clear away from the man. Obviously I always got my way with Negan so I was going to meet the man. I kissed his hand and he smiled, kissing me on the cheek. 

I heard a yell from one of the men on the front barrier of the gate, "Get Andrew!" Andrew must be the guy, I thought. Before we could do anything, each and everyone of us were checked for weapons, except for Negan. It was odd, but I guess it was reasonable. I walked side by side with one of the men from the Saviors, I didn't bother going with Negan, Dwight, and Simon. I wasn't in charge of anything so I didn't have much of a responsibility. I watched as the gate opened, four men were on the other side, and another fifth man walked in front of them. 

His appearance reminded me so much of Negan, it was insane. He had less of a tough look going on though, he actually looked kind. 

"Negan, nice to see you again," the man spoke with sarcasm, and I could already tell that he did not like Negan one bit.

"Can't say the same, Andrew." Oh boy, this is bad.

"Well, I see you've brought some men," Andrew said while looking around with dissatisfaction. "I have a couple I would like you to meet as well, I trust you will all respect our community and treat my people with the same amount of respect they will treat you with; we're the civilized ones in this situation after all." He said in disgust. Ew, he was rude, I thought. I looked over to Negan, he was angry and he wasn't hiding it within his facial expressions.

"We will, when you make visits we expect the same as well." They both gave each other unpleasant looks, and Andrew invited everyone through the gates. That was when I saw Dwight walking alone as Negan and Andrew were speaking, I felt that it was about time that I forgave him. I missed him more than anyone could imagine. I walked towards him and caught his attention very quickly. 

"Hey Dwight," I said while giving him a small smile. I'd hoped he wasn't mad.

"Hi Ophi," he smiled. I felt a rush of relief knowing he wasn't angry. We spoke for a few seconds until Negan called Dwight over, as well as Simon. I sighed and watched as Andrew called two other guys from his group. Simon and Dwight had already met Andrew, and Simon had told me that he disliked him.

 Negan was keeping a close eye on me, I knew that, but he was really unsettled. He didn't want Andrew to notice me like Negan had done the night we met. They spoke for a while, and then everyone began making small talk with others from Andrew's group. I looked over at Simon, he was standing by the fence. I walked over to him, we both felt out of place.
