Jake's Birthday is in two days.
"Only two more days of this horrible life and I'm out!" I squeal happily.
Suddenly I hear a slight tap at my window, I push my (H\C) hair from my face and go open the window for Toby. It's been about a week since he Returned, He's come every night and slept here and when I wake he's gone again.
I told him about Jake and gave him the new address Jake said the house was located at. Toby seemed thrilled for me.
"I'm glad you will finally be free to live how you should."
I smiled kindly at his words.
Toby climbs in my window and wraps his arms around me and hugs me so tightly that I squeal.
"I-I missed you." He whispers in his deep husky voice.
"I missed you, too, Toby." I giggle and hug him back.
Whilst we lay in bed talking I tell Toby I want him to meet Jake once I move in with him, Toby says nothing only lays there silently.
After a moment he finally answers.
"I can't promise I will because that might complicate things, but if it's what you want I might make an exception."
I once again fall asleep in the arms of my love and wake up alone. I can't wait until he can stay with me forever, I love Toby so much, he's my everything.

It's Tuesday, Jake's 18th Birthday, Today is the day where I become a real teenager.
I jump out of bed and run into Jake's room and and wake him up, hyper from the thoughts rushing through my head.
"WAKE UP JAKE! TODAY IS THE DAY WE PACK AND GET THE FREAK OUT OF THIS PLACE!!" I exclaim excited. Jake rolls over and smiles.
"Well then you better go get your suitcase ready."
I was so excited that I had already packed everything I planned on taking with me last night.
"I'm already packed, I'm waiting on you now!" I giggle happily.
Jake laughs and gets out of bed to pack, last night was the night he informed everyone we were leaving. Naturally they didn't actually care, but neither did we.
Initially everything was a go and we were ready to leave this hell.
Toby said that he'd come to the new house tonight to visit, all I could think about on the way to the new place was how sweet life would now be.
The whole moving process took all day, several trips to the foster home and my new home until all of our belongings were transported over to our house; By the end of the day we were exhausted, too tired to set up both bed so we just decided to share a bed in the room Jake called his.
I changed into my (F/C) pajamas and tied my hair in a messy bun and put myself in bed.
Jake soon came to bed in a grey shirt and blue boxers and got into bed yawning. We lay silent and tired until Jake speaks up.
"Hey, mind if I cuddle you?" he asks and I blush slightly, nodding, allowing him to wrap his arms tightly around me. We lay like this until he falls asleep softly snoring.
At midnight Toby shows up at the window and I unwrap myself from the arms of Jake and silently sneak over and let him. I lead him into the living room quietly to not wake a sleeping Jake.
I hug Toby for a long while and kiss him, we sit on the couch and chat, "This seems like a nice home, congratulations on the freedom." Toby says and I smile.
"Thanks, I think this'll be nice." I say and kiss Toby.
I soon hear stumbling and Jake walks into the living room groggy and tired. "(Y/N) what are you-- (Y/N) WHO THE HELL IS THAT!" Jake yells and Toby and I stand with wide eyes.
'Shit.'
