An awkward silence suddenly fills the suite as everyone looks at Jungkook waiting for his reaction, but he wasn't giving any.
He stares at Jimin as the other man simply grins at him.
Jungkook takes a step back before taking one forward, his mind starts shuffling his thoughts and he licks his lips and looks at Taehyung who was now standing besides Jimin and then at Yoongi who was now jotting things down in that weird brown book of his and it slowly starts to make sense to him.
"The witchcraft" he sighs, shutting his eyes in realization.
He takes a deep breath and reopens his eyes only to see Jimin and Taehyung holding out their wrists for him and he frowns.
"No wonder this case was impossible to solve, no wonder the crimes scenes were always spot clean except for the bodies, no wonder..." he pauses and the other two men simply chuckle.
"You may arrest us now Officer Jeon" Jimin says but Jungkook sees the amusement on his face and frowns.
Jimin lowers his wrist "right, you can't" Jimin points out and even Yoongi chuckles.
"And do you want to know why you won't arrest us?" Jimin asks and Jungkook narrows his eyes at him.
"We're all murderers in this room, if you want to point a finger at any of us, I suggest you point one at yourself first" Jimin says and brushes past Jungkook to pour them a drink.
Taehyung grins and walks past Jungkook as well but disappears down the hall.
"But that's not why you won't arrest us" Jimin continues and chuckles.
"Is that right?" Jungkook asks glaring at him and Jimin laughs.
"It's so freeing, admitting it to you, I mean now I don't have to go around and act like I'm trying to help you" he says as he fills his glass with ice and then fills Jungkook's glass.
"At least now you know and I'll gladly put all my cards face front" he says as he pours the liquor to the brim of the glass.
"Why?" Jungkook asks trying to understand and Jimin chuckles and hands him a glass and returns to the living room where he flops down onto the sofa.
