From the start (sequel to Tears Don't Fall)

I walked around the campus looking for something to do. I went to go get something to eat, then I saw Riku with her boyfriend. She was right, he was pretty cute. But I don't like him. Riku does. She can have him.

I turn back around not wanting to bother them. I bump right it's Itsuki. "Oh sorry, I was gonna sneak up on you. I didn't think you'd turn around." He says. I slap his arm. "What you up to anyways?" He asks.

"I got hungry. Then I saw Riku with her boyfriend. So I don't want to bother them." I tell him.

"Riku has a boyfriend? I wanna see. Where? Where are they?" He continues to ask. I giggle at him. I turn back around and point toward them. "She wasn't lying when she told me he was cute. He is pretty cute." I said.

"Him, cute? Yeah, sure he is. But have you seen me. I'm cute, adorable, handsome, good looking. So much better looking than that guy." He says. I laugh at him.

"Yes, yes you are." I say, squishing his cheeks. "Let's go eat somewhere else. I don't want to bother them." I said.

"Nope. I'm hungry. And I'm very hungry for a burger. And this is the only place where they sell burgers around here. And I really need a burger." He says, walking toward the cashier. I follow him, pretending that I didn't see Riku. I didn't think she would like me to meet him right away. I was wrong. "Kumi! Itsuki! Come here. Meet my boyfriend, Koichi." She says.

The two of us turn toward her and smile. We grab our food and walk over toward them. "I Koichi, nice to meet you." I said, shaking his hand.

"Nice to meet you too, Kumi. Riku tells me a lot about you." He says.

"I hope she isn't saying anything embarrassing about me." I said, looking at her. I turn my attention back to Koichi.

"No no, from what I know, you seem really cool." He says.

"Ok then. Riku, you're off the hook." We all laugh a bit.

"And you must be Itsuki. She tells me a lot about you as well." He says.

"Yes. I'm the one and only Itsuki. The best looking guy at this school. The sexiest guy here. The cutest. Most adorable. The greatest. The-"

"Ok Itsuki, don't push it too much." I cut him off. We all laugh except for him. He glares at me, but then he starts to smile.

"And what about Daichi. Where is he?" Koichi asks.

"Right here." I turn around to see Daichi. I smile at him. He grabs a chair from and empty table and sits next to me. "I'm Daichi." He says, shaking hands with Koichi.

"I'm Koichi. Riku's boyfriend. She tells me a lot about you guys. You all seem pretty cool. I hope we came get along well." He says. I like him  already. Riku got a good guy.

"Wow Riku. I didn't know you had a boyfriend." Daichi says, taking a sip of his drink.

"We started dating not long ago. For just about a week. That's all." She says. She's blushing. Oh my god, she's blushing. She barely ever blushes. She only blushes when she's embarrassed.

"I should get going, but I'll see you guys late. It was great to meet you all. Bye Riku." He says, kissing her cheek. Then leaving. Riku sits their blushing.

"Awwww." Itsuki and I say at the same time. Riku kicks both our legs. Ouch. So rude.

"He's a keeper, Riku." I said. She starts to blush again.

"Awwww, she's blushing." Itsuki says, squishing her cheeks. She pushes his hands away, but he continues to pinch her cheeks.

I check the time on my phone. I start class in just ten minutes. "I should get going. I'll see you at home, Riku." I said.

"I'll walk you. I have class as well." Daichi says. We get up from our seats and wave goodbye to the two. They continue to talk as we leave. "He seems pretty nice. Hopefully Riku's happy with him." He says.

I smile at myself. "Hopefully she's happy. And I hope it stays that way." I said. I was still smiling at myself. I do hope Riku is happy with him.
