tf2 x reader Lemon/One Shot (Hiatus )

I was jogging around the arena one day after Soldier yelled at me to get my ass out to the training area. I was at my 14th lap when Engie, my all time crush, came and started doing push ups. As I ran by I would sneak a peak at him. He was so handsome and caring. There was one problem, he was the weakest member of the RED team.

Everyday he would get his ass kicked by the BLU team and Soldier said if he did not become stronger, like me, he would get kicked. I stop running and walked to him, panting softly.

“Hey Dell” I say sitting down on the bench nearby. He looks up and returns the smile.

“Hey there darlin. Looked good running out there” he says and went back to doing push ups. I frown and started doing push ups with him.

“Don’t listen to Solly. I can help train ya if ya want to” I say doing my 10th push up. His face lit up and a blush formed on his face.

“Really!? You would do tha for me?” he says. I nod and he hugs me. I blush as his chest was against my boobs. “Well, what first, coach”

“Let’s stretch first. Don’t want ya to get hurt ya know” I say getting up. He gets up too. I take off my shirt and I was just in my RED sports bra. His face got instantly red.

“You better take some of that clothing off, don’t want ya passing out from being overheated” I say, pretending not to notice the blush growing on his face. He takes off his overalls and he was in a RED t-shirt and pants.

After stretching we ran 5 laps and did some more stuff. We did this for about 3 hours till he had to make diner. I walked to my room, hot and sweaty. That was one hell of a work out. I was surprised that Solly would say that. Engie is a vital part of the team, using his sentries, dispensers and stuff like that.

“He is strong in his own way” I say to myself, as i sit down on my bed. I fall back, sighing as I think about what Dell said. I wanna prove to him that he is strong and he should not listen to what others say. Then an Idea popped into my head. I would use Spy invis watch (if you are a Spy already, use your own watch)  to watch him and help him out. Yes, that should work.

I get up, put my (class) outfit on and went to talk to Spy (*if you are the Spy class skip this next part)

*“So, ‘ou want me to give ‘ou my invis watch to do what?” Spy asks me.

“I want it to watch and help out Dell, so he can become more confident in himself” I say folding my arms. “So, will you help me?”

He sighs handing me the watch. I smile taking it carefully. “Don’t break it mon ami” he says darkly. “Or else you will have to do some dirty work for me” I nod my head fast and he smiles.

“Well, i’ll see ya in battle” i say, tapping the little device on my wrist and became invisible. Wow, this is so cool.*

When the battle arrived I was fully ready. I had Spy’s (or mine) invis watch and main wepond, waiting for the best moment.

“3.2.1! FIGHT TO THE DEATH” and we were off. I quickly shot down a Spy, desqised as a Heavy and followed Engie to the first point.  As I rendered myself invisible, I kept an eye out. I saw Engie build his first thing, a despencer. I come out of hiding and stood near it, getting more amo and health.

“Hey Dell. I’ll help ya some okay.” I say smiling. He smiles and looks around.

“Spy around here” he said. I looked around and boom, i was in respawn, same with Engie.

“Sorry, Engie...that was my fualt” I say looking away, embarrassed.

“How bout ya mind yer own damn bussness okay (y/n)” Engie snaps. I felt a pang of hurt. I was trying to help him. I nod and ran off, hiding the tears from everyone, and hid away from him. Every time I would see him I would run the other way. After we won the battle I went stright to the training area and started running laps, pushing the toughts of ever dating him out of my brain. I smile, hiding the fact I hurt. Strong people don’t freaking cry. I was so caught up in my toughts I did not see Scout running next to me.

“Yo (y/n)! Earth to (y/n)” he says poking my arm. I  snap out of my thoughts and looked at him.

“Oh, hey dude. Ya need something?” I say slowing to a stop. He stops also and smiles.

“I was wondering if ya wanna go out with me tonight. A hot gal like ya would totally go good with me! So what do ya say?!?” Scout says winking.

“She would say no Scout” I turn my head and saw Engie walking towards off, with his shirt and overalls off. My face just got red and hot fast.

“Sorry hardhat, that sweet ass is mine tonight. Your weak. Im strong” Scout says flexing. I roll my eyes and Engie frowned.

“(y/n) thinks i am strong. She helped me earlier train. She sees i have potental. She is strong, brave, and I relize I just did something earlier.” he turns to me, grabbing my hands and held them. “(y/n), I am sorry for snapping at you. You were trying to help me and I snapped….in all honestly, I love you”

“Yeah yeah, say that after I kick his ass” I say turning to Scout. He gulps and in one swift kick to the nuts he fell to the ground. “Now, were was I. oh yeah. I love you. That is why helped you before.”

“Date me?” he says, blushing. I smile nodding and he pulled me into a kiss, holding me close. “Now, wanna train some more so I can become strong”

“Hun, in my eyes you are strong, but sure. Let’s kick some ass”
