(Sorry everybody I accidentally posted the wrong chapter last week! So here is the correct one!)

"Come on," someone said to me.

I couldn't see straight for a moment, my head throbbing. He pulled my hands, they were stuck together. When I got to my feet my vision cleared.

I looked down to my hands and they were firmly tied with a thick rope, but thankfully, my ribbon was still tied around my wrist. I was being pushed by Eret towards a cove. It was filled with massive wooden ships, at least five, filled to the tee with terrible dragon traps. I didn't recognize most of them. Some looked like metal domes that could open and close from the top. The sails had a bloody looking Viking helmet.

My legs and arms began to burn as I walked. I felt the rubbing of the thorns against my clothes. I winced with every step. I looked down to see some blood had seeped through my shirt where the gash was.

My eyes caught a strange sight, and I locked my sight on a particular cage for a moment. It was completely enclosed with a black, almost dragon-like tarp. It wasn't any bigger than the man pushing it on the cart. What caught my attention was the ice at a small opening at the bottom.

"Raaarr!" Snapped me out of my gaze.

I whipped my head around and saw Kanan chained down to a cart. His feet firmly tied, but his tail was let to drag behind the cart. He would slam it against the ground, so hard that he'd lose some of his shedding scales in anger. A metal muzzle clamped around his face, it looked so tight.....

"Kanan!"

In a swift motion, I tried to free my shoulders from Eret. I pulled and pulled against my ropes, but they weren't coming loose. My hands were already turning red from the burn of the ropes.

Eret grabbed the back of my neck and pulled my head back. "If you want to live keep quiet, I'm going to have enough trouble explaining you and I don't need any more problems."

"Let him go you monster!" I shout.

"I'd let them all go if I could kid."

What? Did I hear that right? If he could? Why can't- what? No, it's probably a trick! Oh please Hiccup, please get back here! Please, I can't lose Kanan! I've been through a war with that dragon if he hasn't died yet he won't now! I can't let him.

He cooed to me. I look back to his pleading eyes, he was scared, but not for himself. "We'll get out here Kane," I said hesitantly.

We walked down a small hill towards the docks. There was probably a hundred or so men working, moving dragons to the ships. There was too many for me to see, I didn't even recognize some of them. Many slammed against their cages, but some had already given up, laid motionless.

As we walked down the dock, the might of the ship struck me. It was battle-worn, but still carrying dozens of dragons. It was larger than any ship I've seen before. Armed with dreadful weapons, one of which was a massive harpoon launcher. The tip was barbed and looked like it was made out of iron. I looked away, and could only imagine the damage that could do to a dragon.

I kept my head low but glanced to the men around me as I walked. Many of the men around me scowled, laughed, or glared. Every look felt personal, but I don't know them, why are they looking at me like they know me?

My heart skipped a beat when I heard a sudden gasp from down the docks. I squinted through the sun, to see a man, gruff, large and intimidating. He was wearing a light red attire, I, I think it was the same red that the man I was fighting was wearing.
