┍━━━━━━━★━━━━━━━┑ *at the house* Stevens eyes shot wipe open as the boy heard the loud explosion from outside. Getting up, well, TRYING is get up, Steven groaned in pain, holding his back. "Ugh, Im too young for this shit." Steven mumbled, limping over to the window, trying to see what was making all the racket.
Again Stevens eye shot wide open as he saw an unknown gem obviously beating up the crystal gems. Steven also saw Connie laying there, holding her arm in pain, her face scrunched up as tear floated her eyes. Steven got scared and mad, forgetting that he is in pain, he tried to dash for the door, only to result a face first to the ground. "GACK!" Steven yelped as his face smacked the hard wooden floor, feeling a watery substance run down his left nostril, blood. Steven didn't have time to worry about his broken? Nose. For he had to help fight off this weird looking gem. Rising up and limping, falling to one knee time to time, the boy finally made it to the door. His hand, shaking, turned the door knob, and out he went.
Tumbling down the old stairs, Steven started to limp dash towards his friends. "GUYS!" Steven yelled, then crashing into the soft sand. "Steven!-huff- get back inside! It's tooo dangerous for you to fight in your condition!" Pearl yelled back sternly, the boy can tell that the white gem was almost out of breath, her voice quivering as she told him to go back. "NO. I'm sick and tired of staying back and watch you guys get-" Steven was interrupted by the newcomer. "Now who are you? Another one of those abominations?" Emerald screamed in disgust, stomping towards the weak boy, and grabbing him by the collar, lift his eyes towards the green gems eyes. "STEVEN!" Garnet yelped dashing towards the boy, but only to be held down by emerald assistances, tiger, and eye. "Where do you think your going? Boss wants to talk to this 'thing', you should respect her!" Tiger sneered, clawing the fusions shoulders. "Gah!" Garnet said, falling down to one knee.
"Shall I say this again?! Who are you?!" Emerald rose her voice at the scared boy, making him flinch. "S-Steven..." was all Steven could say, for his body hurts too much. "Steven?! Your the monster who radiated power stronger than a diamond?! Yeah right." Emerald said in a disbelieving tone, dropping the boy, she turned her back on him, walking back to the work out crystal gems. "Monster?!" Steven yelled as much as the boy could, his eyes started to glow. "If anyone is the monster, it's YOU!" Emerald stopped dead, then turned around,"your biting more than you can chew boy!" Steven can tell Emerald saw his eyes, for she had a shock expression for a moment. "Maybe your not one of those organic 'things' after all..." Emerald soon grew curious, walking over to pick up the boy by the collar again, "oof!" The boys air was knocked out of him, his body couldn't take much of this. "What are you for the last time, I don't have much patience you see..." Emerald ending her speech with a hiss, like a snake.
Steven pushes emerald away, causing him to fall on the ground, again. Rising up, Steven roared,"I am the son of pink diamond, leader of the crystal gems!" Emerald regained her balance and growled at the boy, "I'll tell you what you are! Your-" emerald summon a gauntlet like garnets, "NOTHING!" Screaming, the green gem punched Steven, so hard you can see the wind ripple around the two. Within a millisecond, Steven went flying into the obsidian sculpture, causing half the face to break and collapse.
"STEVEN!" All the gems screamed at once, lunging at the boy, but held back by tiger and eye. The poor girl was just unconscious on the ground, her chest heaving very slowly.
Emerald, then turned around, destining her gauntlet. "Now about you-" The like of rubble began to glow,"OH WHAT NOW?!" Emerald stomped back over the pile, summoning her gauntlet, about to crush it once more, an explosion happened. And the gems couldn't believe what they saw-
It's was the monster, but different. Instead of his crooked like face, it was serious and calm. His stance was more elegant than monstrously arched over, his skin darker and more smooth as well. It's horns were more straight, and half a Star were in between the two, all shining like gold. A new star print was printed on the face, and new golden eyes were seen as well. He still had flowers, but they weren't roses, they were poppy's. The monsters thighs had two big golden stars, as well as the tip of its tail. Back hair was silky and purple, royal purple. But the one thing that caught the gems eyes the most, was it's chest star. It wasn't cracked and oozing black goo, it was healed, yes a crack could seem, but over it was a bandaid, with a little heart picture on it. It's gem was also the shape of a diamond now, instead of a quartz. Now The monsters eyes locked on its one and only target, emerald. (This is what Steven looks like now)
