after two exciting and dangerous months of being a werewolf, along with a shocking discovery, Rhiannon Breckholm has officially come to the conclusion that life isn't as normal as it usually seems.

after the fight with Malice a couple months before- and the sickening conclusion of being imprinted to him- Rhi has decided that moving away from home for a little while will clear her senses. she temporarily moves in with her Aunt Lorraine and Uncle Boone in the Colorado countryside, far enough away from Moondale to help her get some fresh air.

while Malice continues to hunt Rhi and stalk Moondale, Rhi continues to learn how to cope with being a werewolf, even in a secluded countryside with her aunt, uncle, dog, and the small farm life.

and later on-when Rhi returns to Moondale-and the moment Rhi thinks she can finally control her beast, a new enemy shows up along with a new catastrophe... she finds herself questioning her entire existence and the meaning of being a werewolf.

new foes will rise and attempt to hunt Rhi and the other werewolves, all while Malice watches from the shadows...
