Ego Sum Oblitus, Forgotten Forever (Under Editing)

"Ugh."

 My head felt like a blizzard was raging inside, while my body felt like I fell of a cliff or something. Oh wait. I did.

 I was some what surprised when I opened my eyes. I was in some old guest room. I think. It wasn't as big as an Elf's room should be. One shabby-curtained window, one hard, lumpy bed, an old, worn out dresser, by the size of the room I would say I was in an apartment. Better then nothing though, right?

 I know that the Neverseen and council would never let me off like this. For that matter neither would the Black Swan. The room was also too nice for a human's house. It must be a civilian Elf or Nome. But the real question that lingered in the back of my mind was; why would this mysterious figure help me?

 I tried to lift myself up, and off the old bed, only to be met by, once again, a sharp pain in my side. 

 Why was I so stupid?! Then I realized, I was not only stupid, but gullible. I was stupid, gullible, what else? I tried to think of more things.

"Dear, before you start self-deprecating too much," My mother's voice said, bouncing off the walls and echoing eerily. "I should tell you, your friends did try to come back for you. You were very hard to retrieve without confrontation, but I managed."

"You stink at impressions Ruy." I said, rolling my eyes. "And they are not  my friends."

"Awww. Noxy, that isn't very nice." He laughed, walking into the room.

"Sorry about helping them."I apologized. "I just wanted to show mother that I was my own person."

"You sure are," He smiled, but this time it was a sad one. "And you're good in my book."

I smiled back.
