New Invader Zim X Reader

Everything was confusing, the constant sounds of things hitting the ship really wasn't helping either. she didn't know what to do, all she knew was that she wanted to get out of this situation.

"G-Gir! Do you know how to fly the ship? What do I do??" She asked,' Where do I go?'

Gir jumped up onto Y/n's lap," You push dis' button here. then that one and this one. you pull this -- Gir had begun explaining as he pushed buttons and pulled levers causing the ship to spiral and do flips in space as lasers were fired randomly. He then grabbed the steering wheel, twisting and turning right and left. "This one here is the splody button!" Gir said about to push a smiley face button.

Y/n didn't like the sound of this button, nor its mischievous looking smile. And just right before Gir could press it, Y/n grabbed his hand. 

"I don't think I want to explode Gir."

"Awwww, okay."

Suddenly a thought came to Y/n's mind, she hasn't heard any pinging sounds. Were they gone? 

Y/n tried to look out the window to the side to see if she saw any ships,' does this have a rearview mirror at all???"

*BANG*!

The sound made Y/n jump, 

"ERROR! COOLANT LEAKING!

ERROR FLUID LEAKING!"

This didn't sound good if the ship was anything like a car then overheating definitely would not be a good thing. This is a space ship after all, which is capable of traveling light years! The engine probably gets a 1,000 times hotter than a regular car, especially without any coolant. 'What is this ship made of anyway???

Maybe if we landed somewhere, but there's nowhere I see where we can land! Especially with being chased!--'

"C-c-c..huff!.heh..huff..co-ld," She heard Zim say from behind her. This momentarily distracted her. 

"Am.....huff!..hEEh. huff. c-c ..ol..d" Zim said, Y/n turned around to see that Zim was now shivering. 

This scared Y/n, the ship is overheating, we're being shot at, and Zim looks like he's dying!

Y/n starred at the wrench still stuck in the console, she starred at it contemplating whether or not she should pull it. If she pulled it, there might be a chance they could escape out of here. Though the other ships could probably travel hyper-speed too. And if she pulled this lever, what would it do to the ship? She could imagine the ship falling apart or completely exploding. Or everything melting. She could already smell something burning. 

Then before she could even come up with an answer in her head her hand seemed to grow a mind of its own and acted for her. And as soon as she pulled the wrench down the Ship took off. The dizzy heaviness rotor-ride feeling appeared again, as she couldn't keep her balance sitting upright. 

So she let her self fall back, laying a leg on the steering wheel to try and keep the ship steady. But before she could accidently crush Zim, she used all her strength so she leaned on the side and lifted him up slightly. Enough to awkwardly maneuver him so he was on top of her, not wanting to drop him on the floor. And despite how heavy he felt currently, in her arms he almost felt like a small animal. She could feel his heart pounding and beating rapidly, his body shivering and struggling even more desperately to gasp for air as he squirmed.

Zim couldn't understand what was happening at first. He wasn't able to form well thought out thoughts if that made any sense. But he knew what Y/n had done. He knew she pulled the wrench down. And he felt a pit in his squeedily spooch. Not wanting to experience the suddden G-force while being restrained by a human. The feeling almost made him want to puke from all the motion and shift in gravity. He wanted to scream, yell, anything, but he couldn't.
