INT. HALLWAY. DAY.
A doctor with an emotionless face, that can only be accomplish by years of disappoint, walks down a hallway. Suddenly, Andrew tries to catch up to him and starts a conversation.
ANDREW (Nervous.)
H-hello sorry to interrupt. B-but I have to ask. Wait, I should probably introduce myself. W-well my name is Dr. Andrew and just started on the
He waits for a response but doesn't get any.
ANDREW
Well, everything is all new and I'm still adjusting to the whole situation. Everything just seems bizarre.
FRANK (Emotionless.)
Everyone says that.
ANDREW
I know that. Everyone tells me that, but there's this one patient that seems especially odd. He doesn't look like it and even appears like any o-other patients. But there's just something... eerie.... Something...not..quite right. Dare I say odd about him.
FRANK (Emotionless.)
Everyone says that. Especially those with little exposure. You shouldn't waste your time worrying about patients off hours. You might go mad yourself.
Andrew stops completely realizing that this particular Doctor doesn't seem to care. So much so that the Doctor just keeps walking on with the same constant speed as before. Not even looking at Andrew with a signal confirmation of a goodbye or even a hello.
