Part Seventeen: The Win

Jenn: umm yeah. They are the wives and girlfriends of the players. They don't like me.

I laugh.

L: why?

Jenn: because I beat up Jamie's ex and she's sitting right there with them.

I look at her in shock.

L: she's here?

Jenn: yup crazy bitch is sitting there acting as if they are still together. My mom told me she tried to talk to her but my mom wasn't having it.

L: wtf. Does Jamie know?

Jenn: yeah my mom said he set her straight but this bitch is too psycho to actually understand. If they keep pointing and whispering you might have to hold me back.

L: if they throw hands I got you.

Jenn: bet.

We both laugh and I look down at my phone and see Meghan is calling me.

I picked up the FaceTime call.

L: hey girl.

Chris: hey Megs.

M: hey so I can't go to the game since you know my ex is there but you guys have fun! I cancelled everything for you Chris. And I'll see you guys after the game. I'm just going to hangout at the apartment and probably get takeout and pass out.

L: ahahah sounds good girl. I'll see you soon.

I hang up and Jenn and I have some more small talk about life and planned my trip to Victoria to visit her. If they stars with this game then that means they win the cup. The boys said if they win that they want to go to Dallas and celebrate. I guess the girls heard us and were whispering again.

Jenn turns around.

Jenn: CAN I HELP YOU.

L: Jenn it's fine sit down

Jenn: no no if they have something to say I'd like them to say it to my face.

L: oh god.

Kate: we weren't talking about you Jenn.

Jenn: then why do you keep whispering and pointing?? It's kind of fucking rude.

Kate: we just wanted to know why you were with Lucy Le, Connor Le and Chris Lane.

Jenn: they are mine and Jamie's friends. Do you have a problem with who we hangout with?

Katie: is she the reason he won't get back together with me?

I start dying laughing. Chris nudges me to stop.

Jenn: he won't get back together with you because you are a psychotic bitch.

L: oh shit she was serious.

Jenn turns to me

Jenn: I'm telling you psycho

Katie looks at us.

L: I will be honest I know like very little about Jamie and your's breakup but I can assure you Jamie and I are not dating.

Katie turns to Kate and starts balling crying. Jenn looks at me in annoyance.

Jenn: What now.

Chris laughs but turns to the guys to change the subject.

Kate: Omg Jenn what's wrong with you?!? She's crying can't you like be nice for once?
