Ray sat against a wall in the library. He pretended to read while in actuality, he was in deep thought. He occasionally flipped a page in order to make the image look more realistic. There were other smaller children nearby him, after all.

Y/n's been having nightmares... It's all because she knows the truth of the house. Should I have allowed her to go to the gate that night? I wanted her to know the truth. But why? Was I selfish and did not want to carry this burden alone? Was I being honorable in letting her in on what our life is really for? Man... Ray bonked his head on the wall and he slightly winced.

A ringing bell could be heard from afar. It was a little before noon, which meant the bell was to call the children for their daily tests. Ray sighed. He is not as smart as Norman. Norman has been getting perfect scores since they started taking exams. Ray, Emma, and Y/n have yet to get their scores up if they want to survive longer. Standing up and dusting himself off, he walked into the exam room.

Y/n was sitting at her desk, ready for the tests to take place. Swinging her short legs, she looked around for Ray, who's spot was beside her. When he finally walked in, she gave him a broad, fake, smile. Mama was in the room after all. Ray gave a smirk as he walked over.

"Oh? Did you miss me?" He teasingly asked.

Y/n scoffed. "You wish. What I miss is the absence of your stupid harassment." Ray gave a small frown. "I'm kidding, Ray!"

Ray stared at her with his mouth agape. He felt stupid for not realizing that sooner.

"Good morning, Y/n!" A certain carrot top chimed.

"Emma... you said that this morning when we woke up. You also said that at breakfast." Y/n said confusedly.

"Yeah, but it's still a good morning!" Emma replied.

Norman smiled at Y/n. "Have a good test, Y/n, Ray, Emma."

     "Yeah, you two." Y/n replied.

"Alright, my beautiful little children. Do your best on this!" Mama exclaimed as she clapped her hands together. All of the children yelled in agreement.

Question 1: Please select the figure from the following that can not be a possible net of solid A.

Question 2: Count the total number of cubes in the following composite solid in 15 seconds.

Question 3: Give the 50th term of the following sequence.

...

Question 18: Select the figure that corresponds to the region of the cartesian plane described by the following inequality.

...

Question 59: Please give the formula that can be derived from the following conditions.

The exams were finally over and the children slammed their heads on the desks. They all knew their scores would not be good. Could they do better? Maybe. But doing problems several years ahead of normal, well, it was unbelievably hard.

Mama flipped through some pages in her hands and smiled back at the children. "Norman! You got a perfect score!" The children all congratulated the young white haired boy who shyly rubbed his neck. Mama held up a hand. She looked even more excited. "We also have another announcement. Ray and Y/n have gotten perfect scores today, too!" She excitedly said.
