Wakfu: Other-Dimensional Elementalist

We walk up to Ruel as Junior digs down into the dirt, fetching something for him. He quickly came back up and reveals an iron chest.

Ruel:Yes! Oh finaly! I knew the map wouldn't lie to me! In this chest lies a very rare and powerful artifact, the one who owns it has claim to unlimited power! Haah, I don't dare open it!

He opens it and a golden glow shined from within the chest. However, when he lift up the lid fully, it reveals a golden ring with engraving on the inside.

What is this, Lord of the Rings?

Ruel:Wh-...What?! But...But what's this nonsense!? (bites into it, later tossing it away) I don't understand. ITS NOT POSSIBLE!!! It must be here! (he continues blabbering away) | Amalia:Selfish old man! I hate him! | Ruel:My treasure! Where is my treasure!? (he throws the chest in rage) My map, where's that stupid map? I couldn't have gotten it wrong, that's not possible. I still know how to read a map!

Jake:C'mon, let's go. | Amalia:We've already wasted enough time here! | Dally: *wears the ring* Hey! That looks good on a handsome knight, you know! | Jake:Huh? | Dally:Hey, its all shiny! (his smile quickly fades) Ah, it burns!

Suddenly, wind and light came forth from the ring and made us all cover our eyes. When it died down, we open up and see a ghost that seems to be attached to the ring.

Dally:Huh? | Ghost:Hello.

Immediately, Dally tries to run away, only for the ghost to unfortunately follow him due to his unique bond to the ring. Dally eventually collides into a rather tall and sturdy gravestone.

Ghost: *recovers* As I was saying. I'm not a ghost. | Amalia:Wait, I understand! You're a genie trapped in a ring! | Jake:I don't think so.  His wakfu and figure doesn't fit a typical genie. | Ghost: Correct. If I were a genie, I would have granted more than 3 wishes for three such beautiful diamonds as yourselves, ladies.

Jake: *stands in front of the girls* Let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Name's Jake. | Ghost:Bubu, Sho Bubu. | Cleome:So, if you're not a ghost or a genie, then what are you? And what are you doing in this cemetery? | Bubu:I am a prisoner in this ring. | Yugo:A curse? How did that happen?

Bubu:It was over a year ago. That day, the whole island was getting ready to celebrate the most beautiful, the most majesterial of marriages. I, Sho Bubu, was about to take my oath to the woman I love, a brilliant lady of unrivaled beauty, Mellow. But some people were jealous of me.

Bubu:Mellow was the most beautiful catch on the island and there are those who would do anything to take my place. Alas, Cassis (corrected) , my best man and best friend, was one of them.

Bubu:But now you have freed me. I'm gonna find my love and break the curse! | Amalia: *reveals a poker face* Yeah, a simple, "I do not grant wishes" would suffice. K, are we going? (walks off) This humidity is ruining my hair. | Cleome: *to Eva* You'll give him the low down. We'll wait outside the cemetery

Eva:Sho, we would like to be able to help you, but we already had an important quest to complete and...and... | Dally:*teary eyed* Its so saaaaaaad! (unsheathes Rubilax) Count on us! We'll find your princess, Sho Bubbly! Iop's promise! | Jake:Hm. Alright, let's get some rest first and get to the village after breakfast. | Eva:Sleep sounds good.

--The next day--

After having food in our stomachs, Bubu guided us around the island and we can see a village in the distance.

Bubu:And here's the town of Bretta. My sweet Mellow is in the palace. | Dally: *Bubu recedes into his ring* Don't worry, Sho Baboon! I'll take care of everything! | Rubilax:Oh great...the more the merrier.

As we get closer, we come to see a...rather ridiculous way for the villagers to enter and leave the area.

Amalia:They have a funny way of doing things around here. | Jake: *looks around* You can say that again... | Eva:Clearly access to the town walls are strictly regulated.

That's the sigil of the prince from Brakmar, right?

Yugo:"For a happy life, get stamped!" What does that mean? | Ruel:Oh, you know me and politics, not a good mix.

Eventually, we got into the village without any trouble. We walk around as we see the guards patrolling the market place. Some are even abusing their power to bully some of the merchants.

Dally:They have some fun games here. | Amalia:You don't understand it, do you? I don't know who governs this island, but they have an odd way of dealing with law breakers! (something crashed behind us, and we see two individuals rubbing their head in confusion on top of a pile of broken boxes) Its completely tyrannical!

Cleome:Um, Sho? You sure she's here? | Bubu: *comes out of his ring* Yes, she's here. The governor's palace.
