This story is inspired by many other works and may bear some resemblance in certain places. However, I will endeavor to make this story it's own. 2 years ago monsters were released from the underground, ending their centuries-long imprisonment at the hands of ancient humans. Not a soul remains in the underground. But that doesn't mean no one's there. Be it chance or fate, The First Fallen will soon meet an all too curious human as he ventures into the deep beneath. The Reader or [Y/n] is male and Chara is female. I apologize if this bothers you it's just how I've always seen the character. Disclaimer: I don't own these Chara-cters nor do I own Undertale. The humans force the monsters underground of Mount ebott and seal them behind a power barrier at a cost of a human life. many years later the humans power has die down. living there lives as the monsters grow strong. legends says that anyone that falls down never comes back. a legend that being told even to this day. so why am I coming here you ask? I want to show everyone that I am brave! that I can survive what Mount ebott can throw at me! I'll prove it! I can show them that I don't need to be strong when I have kindness on my side! Chara is 17. Frisk is 16. They are both girls. There charisk in this. This is my version of epicshift.

"Psychotic tendencies..." As a child, Y/n L/n had a good life. She was always complimented for her h/c hair and e/c eyes. She had a loving little sister and a caring mom and good friends. So, if she had the perfect life, why did she throw herself into Mt. Ebott? When Y/n awoke in the Underground she immediately noticed how much nicer the monster's are. They all brought a smile to her face and she felt at home. Toriel was always a mom to her, Sans and Papyrus were brother's, and Frisk was her best friend. She couldn't have ever wanted more. So, why did she kill all of them? Her and Chara had killed everyone more times than countable together. Chara was happy they found someone they could connect with, and Y/n was happy someone accepted the fact that she was a killer. They got along perfectly, the best of friends! Murders, of course, but still best friends. And they were always just friends. Right?

(Disclaimer : Badly written English will be in the story.) Frisk freed the monsters at once, but there's still someone underneath that huge mountain. Frisk also freed that someone, promising her that life will be better at the surface, and whatever things the future holds from the girls, Frisk will be the sister Chara always needed. And at the first day at the new school, the sisters met someone ... special, at least that's what Chara feels. Story started the 02/10/2022. Story ended the 03/01/2023. The monster family are growing closer, and everything is starting to get better. Until it all seems to fall apart again. Chara's past is revealed and the monsters and Frisk have to try to help her through it, however it seems that the other two kids in the family might be in need of help too. This is the third book in the DETERMINATION series (probably the last). Please read the first book which is called Determination- An Undertale Fan-Fic and then the second book called Determination ~ Family before you read this as some things will not really make sense. I do NOT own Undertale but I do own this plot/story. Some of the characters are mine, I assume that you will know who is from the game and who is not.
