Mon-el has left Kara over and over again and she doesn't know how much more she can take it. First he left Earth, then he left for the future again, and there was even a time where he died. But when a new threat to National City brings them back together, how does she confront him? Who will leave this time?

Kara finds out she's pregnant with Mon-el's baby after she has to say bye to him. It's only going to be 4 months for Kara until he comes back and 4 years for Mon-el. Mon-el won't be Married to Imra yet just dating her and Kara won't be to far into the pregnancy. The story will start when Kara says bye to Mon-el so it won't have a ton of Karamel in the beginning and she won't know she's pregnant in the first chapter. After Winn returns back to the future, someone from Kara's past whom she thought that she was totally and completely over returns back into her life. But will he stay for good this time? (these are not my characters they belong to the cw)

After a strange metahuman puts her on his earth, Barry must help Kara find a way back to her home. Kara is anxious to get back to Alex, to get back to the one love in her life, Mon-El. What happens when Kara starts to develop feelings for Barry, will she supress them and go home to her boyfriend, or will she embrace them and find herself in a complicated love life?
