Now with a small daughter & Mary's support of his dreams, he becomes the lead for the band smile. Changing the bands name to Queen and adding the bass player John to the group, they become a close family, and Queen sky rockets. Everything seems perfect until Fred and Mary separate do to Fred revaluation. Now In 1983, 16 year old Melody finally gets to spend real time with her father. She sees her 'uncles' & fathers legendary lives first hand. Seeing Roger again for the first time in years, she can't help but feel off around him. I am just trying it out. It will probably get more mature later on, but we'll have to see. I'm doing this for my other Queen friends who said I should go for it, so here I go. ADDED NOTE: I know the first few chapters have a lot of spelling and grammatical errors that I need to go back and edit. Freddie and Brian exchanged a look that Roger wasn't very fond of. It seemed off-putting and strange to him. "I'm going to call John," Brian mentioned, standing to his feet, shuffling over to the phone in the corner of the room. "Am I missing something? Who is John?" Roger asked, looking between the two. Brian slammed his hand down onto the ringer, turning back to look at his friend. Freddie, who had been mysteriously quiet for the past few moments, shifted in his seat. "Roger darling, what year is it?" He asked him quietly. Roger shrugged his shoulders lightly. "Nineteen seventy." He answered, clear as day. Must to Roger's shock and awe, his answer had been incorrect. It was nineteen seventy-six.

We date the year 1975. The band Queen is recording their fourth album 'A Night at the Opera' in an outback farm where fun and parties are sadly no option for the boys. Boredom, however, doesn't seem to get to them as many things are going on between them, especially between Brian May, the guitarist and Roger Taylor, the drummer. Brian, as shy as he is, suddenly experiences strange feelings he had never felt before. At least not to this extent. This is a MAYLOR fan fic and should not be taken seriously at all! It was written for fun and for myself to improve my English skills a little. Please enjoy!
