I remember meeting Prince Zuko very early in my life. He was different back then. For one, he had no scar on his face. But he was also still a sweet little boy. He was still that person somewhere on the inside, but the scar was a visual reminder of the changes he had undergone both physically and mentally. There was no doubt he was lost. But was I wasting my time by trying to help him find his way again? Maybe. But I didn't think so. ••• This story follows an original character Sora as she accompanies the Prince on his journey. Fair warning that there will be changes made to the story. I do not own ATLA or any of the character besides Sora. Now she is conflicted by the idea of being a mere servant and in love with the Prince, along with the fact that back home in the Northern water tribe her best friend and arranged fiance waits. A Zuko X Reader story. As always, I wrote this for myself but you can read it, too, if you'd like. Y/N was an air bender, she was tasked with watching over the avatar as a punishment for something that she had done; something that the air nomads frowned upon her for. When she discovered what had become of her people, she was furious- but not at the Fire Nation, she was furious at Aang, because Aang was supposed to protect them, and he didn't. But was it Aang that she was really angry at?

Katara spend a great amounts of time hating Zuko after his betrayal under the crystal catacombs of Ba Sing Se. She had trusted him and he had betrayed her. When he joins Aang and starts teaching him fire bending her emotions get complicated and she is soon torn between her hatred towards the fire nation and her strange attraction to the Prince of said nation. Zuko infuriates her, annoys her , he is a constant reminder of Aang almost dying yet she finds herself trusting him again and slowly loving him. ~*~*~*~ The story is currently under Edit because it has been two years since I completed it and my English and writing ability have improved since then.
