Kuroko and (Y/n) arrived at the gym as the sound of rain pouring outside filled the hallways. It was very nostalgic to (y/n) but it was hard for Kuroko to focus on anything since rain always reminded him of that night.

He sighed as they entered the gym together.

Today Riko wanted to have the second years and first years play against each other. She specifically wanted to see what Kuroko and (y/n) were capable of. Of course she was excited, she had 2 members of the generation of miracles on her team. Although the second years were able to secure a place in the finals their first year they weren't able to go past that.

2 lines formed in the middle of the gym. 1 for the second years and 1 for the first years. Riko stood next to the lines as she threw the ball up in the air and blew her whistle.

As soon as the ball was up in the air, Kagami and Mitone instantly fought for the ball. Due to his physical strength Kagami was able to catch the ball and move around the court. He passed it to Kawabara as they both ran across the court. Kawahara passed the ball back to Kagami and he made a dunk.

His hand gripped the hoop as he slowly loosened him grip and landed on his feet on the floor. He made dunks after dunks after dunks.

Kuroko and (y/n) stood in the court walking back and forth without a care. She knew that Kuroko couldn't exactly 'play' his part yet, and well (y/n) blindly followed Kuroko around waiting for his turn.

Riko stood watching her team play. She saw that Kagami had great potential while she stared at the 2 first years that didn't seem to be doing anything. She sighed to herself as she gripped her whistle in her hand.

'What exactly could these 2 do' she wondered as she squinted her eyes watching the game.

As he game continued, the second years, Hyuga, Izumi and Koganei were teaming up against Kagami and before they knew it the upperclassmen were pulling ahead.

Angered Kagami grabbed one of the first years by the collar. "Oi! Enough! What the hell are you talking about" he yelled as his voice echoed in the gym.

Before he could do anything Kuroko walked up behind him and stepped on his calf causing the dark read haired male to stumble forward and release his grip on Furihata's jersey.

"Please calm down." The light blue haired male said as he looked up at Kagami who was raging in fury. He charged towards him as the other first years were holding him back from toppling over the small boy who kept his blank expression.

The game continued as Riko blew her whistle.

"Tetsu you gonna pass the ball right?" (Y/n) asked as she jogged up to the male who nodded in response.

She gave him a playful grin as she slowly raised her ands up to tie her hair. She was ready to get serious.

A flash of white appear in her eyes as her lips curled up into a smirk eyeing the light blue haired male.

Fukada had the ball and passé the ball to Kuroko. As soon as the ball as in his hands he passed the ball to (Y/n) who swiftly passed all of the other players in the court easily making a point.

All that the other members could hear was a big whoosh as a gust of wind passed by their ears and the sound of the ball going through the hoop and bouncing back onto the floor.

The players eyes widened as they all slowly turned their heads to the girl who bent down to pick up the ball and walked up to Kuroko high diving each other.

"That felt nice Tetsu! High-five!" She exclaimed as she lifted up her right hand and smack her palm against the other. Kuroko smiled lightly.

'She's doing the same thing that he did yesterday!' Kagami thought to himself as he clenched his teeth.
