Intrépide ~ Will Byers X Reader

Y/N's POV:

El sat in front of some coolers (with Eggo's in them) trying to find Dustin. Apparently, while we were all trying to find supplies, Dustin called Mike with his Supercomm, but the batteries died. Once she found him we got ready to leave the store. We filled grocery carts with fireworks, of course, it was Lucas' idea and then we left the store.

"The movies? Dustin's so freaked out about the gate, he decides to go watch a movie? Yeah, makes total sense." Lucas wondered.

"You're positive he said 'gate' and not 'great'?" Max also questioned.

"Yeah, like, 'this movie I'm watching is great'," Will suggested.

"Why would he try to call Mike for that though?" I asked.

"Sounded like 'gate'," El confirmed.

"Which would explain how the Mind Flayer is still alive," Mike said.

"Yeah, we just have to shut it again," Nancy added.

"Then the monster dies," Will confirmed.

"But if not, we always have Lucas' fireworks," Max complained.

"Keep mocking my plan, Max. Keep mocking it. I wanna hear you say it again because you keep doubting me. You keep doubting me!" Lucas retorted.

"Ridiculous," I said.

"Will?" Lucas asked. "We're gonna prove 'em wrong, right?"

"Sure, man." Will sighed, and we all got into Nancy's car driving off.

We ran into the mall to try and find Dustin. When we got it we saw four Russian looking guards walking towards a restaurant in the food court. They all had guns and I knew they must be after our friends. I ran to the railing and made the car alarm go off, then I teleported it in their direction, possibly killing them all... Oops?

The rest of my friends all gathered around me and I saw four people stand up from behind the counter. Nancy, Dustin, Lucas' younger sister Erica, and Steve!

"Steve!" I yelled, I ran as fast as my feet could take me to see them.

When we got down I jumped into my adoptive brother's arms. When I got down I noticed that he looked like he was beaten up, actually both he and Robin looked terrible.

"What the fuck happened to you?" I asked.

"First off, language, second, long story," he said.

"You flung that thing like a Hot Wheel!" Dustin laughed hugging me next.

"Lucas?" Erica questioned seeing her brother.

"What are you doing here?" He yelled at her.

"Ask them. It's their fault." She answered pointing at Steve and Robin.

"True, yeah. Totally true. It's absolutely our fault." Steve sighed.

"I don't understand what happened to that car." Robin freaked.

"El and Y/N have superpowers," Dustin told her.

"I'm sorry?" she said.

"Superpowers. She threw it with her mind. C'mon, catch up." Steve said.

"That's El?" Erica questioned.

"Who's El?" Robin then asked.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" Nancy asked.

"I'm Robin. I work with Steve."

"She cracked the top-secret code," Dustin told everyone.

"Wait really? I knew you could do it." I smiled at my friend.
