- Meditate/read/script beforehand to calm urself

- Make sure you are half asleep/really tired

- Lay down on your bed in a starfish position - ensure no limbs are touchingListen to relaxing subliminal - Youtube/Spotify

While doing this you should be counting from 0-100, visualising/thinking about your desired reality, what you look like, the people there, etc..

- After you have been counting and visualising for a while, you should feel tingles all around your body. This is a sign that you are transitioning from your cr to your dr - somewhere in between.

- Once you have counted to 100 you need to visualise any scene in your dr (anything that you want to happen in ur dr)

- Once you have visualised that scene as many times as you want, you can fall asleep.When you wake up you will be in your desired reality
