The Double-Sided Staircase Method

- Get yourself into a comfortable sleeping position that you know you won't move around in.

- Then you want to close your eyes and imagine yourself in a small room (any small room you want doesn't really matter) with a staircase going upwards.

- As you go up the staircase you think of all the memories you have of your current reality - the life that you are living right now good and badTake your time with this as you have a lot of memories to go through e.g as you take a new step think of a different memory.

- Do this until you get to the top of the staircase.

- Once you reach the top of the staircase you will see a white door and a mirror.

- First you want to go to the mirror, in this mirror you will obviously see yourself. You need to take a really good look at yourself.You need to come to the realisation that this is the last time that you will be seeing how you look in this reality. Take in everything your clothes, facial features, height etc..

- Once you have taken a look at yourself in the mirror you need to turn to the white door. As you put your hand towards the doorknob to open it you should feel a positive rush of energy flow into you.

- When you open this door you will see another staircase, but instead of going upwards it is going downwards.

- At the bottom of the stairs there is a black wall and another white door.As you go down these steps you will feel more positive energy rushing into you. Every step you take the energy will become more positive. By the time you reach the bottom of the stairs you will have so much positive energy

- Once you reach the bottom of the staircase you have to open the white door and walk through. 

- Once you open this door you need to imagine someone important who will be in you desired reality e.g a best friend, love interest. Anyone that is important to this dr will be on the other side of this door so when you open this door they will be there

- You want to imagine them putting there hand out to you saying "are you ready to go"Whilst they ask you this question you need to have this question in your head "are you really wanting to shift realities" "Is this the reality you want for yourself"

- So before you agree to leaving your cr you need to be sure this is the reality you want in the long term

- Once you have thought deeply about whether you are ready to go or not you are going to take the person's hand and they are going to walk you through this really dark hallway 

- Whilst you are walking down this hallway with your person you are going to imagine them asking you specific questions such as "how would you spend your day in this desired life?" "Who are your friends and family in this desired life?" "Where would you be?" "What job would you have?"

- Once you and your person have walked through this dark hallway you will get to a door and you are both going to walk through this door.

- This door is the door to your desired reality so once you open this door you will have changed the second you walk through (when I say changed I mean if you scripted yourself to have a different appearance you would change to your desired appearance)

- You and your desired person will then walk into your desired home whether it's the home you live in or a completely different location.

- Once you get into your desired home you are going to be greeted by all of your friends and family that you wanted in this desired reality.

- Talk to all these people, once you have done this you want to go up to your room and go to sleep in the position that you started this whole method in.

- Once your ideal self has fallen asleep in this dr that's when you can fall asleep yourself
