The Hug Method

- Close your eyes and visualise you just woke up in your desired reality/waiting room bed , look at the ceiling, sheets, any object that would be around you when you wake up.

- If you have trouble visualising, imagine the smells/sounds you would hear when you wake up.Get out of bed and imagine placing your feet on the floor. Does it feel like wood?, carpet?, grass?, metal? Etc.. focus on that sensation

- Look around you. Imagine there is another person in that room besides you e.g a dr friend, love interest etc visualise them being somewhere in the room with you, them chilling out on a bed or something

- Run towards that person and hug them really tightly while thinking about how much you miss them and how much you care about them. You should feel a warm fuzzy feeling around the centre of your body.

- Focus on how comforting it is to finally be with that person and do not lose that sensationAfter this, spend some time with them, make up some memories e.g dancing w them

- Spend as much time with them until you feel you are ready and the ball of energy is still situated inside your chest and you can still feel it radiating.

- When you are ready hug them goodbye and walk back to your desired reality/waiting room bed without losing the focus of the energy ball.

- Get In bed and close your eyes, go to sleep while repeating affirmations
