Susie leaned back against the slammed door, "Ooh boy....",she scratched her head breathing in deeply, Ya fine. Ya did good. Ya getting answers. Ya stood up for yaself. Ya gonna be respected. Don't cave in.

Heavy bootsteps followed as she stepped away from the medical bay and went. For a walk. She went for a nice little walk. Stuffing her hands into the sides of her trousers, the magenta material soft and silky like a blanket, it clung nicely to her hips, puffing up where it was rummaged and pushed and stuffed into her boots. Susie groaned aloud.

" I left the axe."

After an annoyed pause.

"Bugger.".

Absolute moron. Now she was stuck. If she went back she'd destroy the impact of everything she said. If she didn't she'd be unprotected and defenceless.

RCKKKKKK

Susie jumped frightened, arms and legs apart with a freezing startle. She whipped her head from side to side before looking at the corridor in front of her, fog. The black eternal smog crawling from the ceiling to the floor.

It scraped. Metal screeching across rock. Susie rose her fists, planting her feet down wide. The fingers trailed around its hilt, the grooves and indentations from the wear and tear, near constantly in her hand.

It scraped along the floor, shadows emerged from the thick gagging fog. It was once small now larger, eclipsing the humanoid shape. From it the slicing metal remnants of bone and claw swooped over the axe head, trailing along its curve.

"A mighty axe.",he spoke with elegance. He spun it in a his grip, "The balance is off centre.",he explained as if he was not the creature she was supposed to fear.

"What do ya want?", Susie glared.

The realisation. The axe. She left it with him.

"Where is he??!", she curled her hands in furious clenched fists, running, she threw her hands. Dodged. The opponent was an expert. Another punch and it slammed into the flat side of her axe before its back was smashed into the back of her head, crashing to the floor.

Susie grunted and groaned, crawling on her elbows. His steps followed. Obsidian, head tilting with a crack of vertebrae and snap of spines, looked down upon her body. Susie tensed as the axe smashed down beside her, her frightened gaze staring back at her in the metal reflection.

"You are....afraid", he spoke with quiet utterance, "No hero is afraid.", a finger placed against where his lips would be. Her hands twitched as he prowled.

"You are scared. That is a sign of weakness and is easily manipulated. ", he spoke, "There is a greatness within. It only needs to be unlocked....".

Her hand edged closer onto the hilt.

"Don't.".

"Gahhhh!!",Susie shouted as an identical axe crashed over the other, trapping her hand, "You snake!!",

"If I be a snake, what are you?" , Obsidian voice was chilling, as he knelt down and pulled at her face.

"I'm a dumbass probably.", Susie grunted trying her hardest, flexing her claws, trying to pull free, "The fuck do ya want from us?! Why do ya keep telling me weird bullshit?!",

"Watch your tongue young maiden, it can betray you.*",he warned giving a dead wag of his finger, his movements were rigid and struggling, as if he was trying to remember how to live again,

" Stay away from me and ma friends! ", she threatened,

"How would you stop me?", his glowing purple sockets draining to the empty black orifices, nothing but cold air howling through. He stood up triumphant over her body clamping his foot over her stomach, pushing down,
