"A-and remember your test on Tuesday! I-it makes up a large portion of your grade!", Dr Alphys happily stuttered as the bell shortly rang out afterwards.

Today had been a lot easier for the doctor, it was extremely calm and quiet, no one misbehaved or caused trouble and was able to catch up on Mew Mew Kissy Cutie...but something felt off.

It just felt so strange that everything seemingly was calm and collected yet she still had that thought nagging at the back of her head.

She stared down at the neat scibbles and jottings written on her notepad and sat back down at her desk, releasing a deep sigh as she readjusted her glasses.

She reread the highlighted list once again in her neat handwriting...Kris Dreemurr, Susie Wills, Noelle Holiday, Berdly Crane, Catti Chessire, Y/n L/n.

All seemingly ditched.

It was rather odd that some of the schools top students would ditch any lessons.

Susie and Kris were trouble makers but even they had calmed down in that regard but the rest of them?

They were just quiet and hard working students and Kris only went for family business and occasional boredom but those kids took their education really seriously.

All of them did infact.

Apart from Susie. But even she did start to make more of a effort recently.

It seemed rather concerning that six members of her class had left without a trace, not even whispers between other students, they were just gone.

An abrupt knock jostled her out of her thoughts,"I-if you need to co-collect something just come in...!".

The door creaked open revealling the all well known Toriel Dreemurr, "Hello Dr Alphys. I need to speak with you about a private matter.",

"Off course!... Sit down!", she asked.
Toriel pulled up a chair and absentmindedly started to strum her fingers on the edge of the desk,"Is it about the new qualifications? I thought we were going to have a meeting about that for next week...or is that being moved ahead of schedule?",

"We are. But I'm here... I'm here for something more...personal reasons. And you're the best person to speak to doctor.", Toriel began, Dr Alphy's seemed slightly thrown off by her peers question,

"...Why me if you don't mind asking?",

"You are a psychologist, are you not?", Toriel asked,

"Used to be, it was one of my majors...w-why are you asking?

" Can I...", she hesitated before continuing,"...you still do appointments doctor?",

" I...uh...it depends. I haven't done it in quite a while due to my work...here. I haven't had time to continue with my research...is that what you wanted?", Alphys asked,

"For Kris. He hasn't been...he hasn't been right in the head and... I've been really too harsh on the poor boy.", she seemed slightly flustered or ashamed as she spoke the last part of the sentence, "I think he needs help from a professional. I think we should start as soon as possible. ", she worried,

"I would like to help but I haven't seen your son all day.", Alphys stated,

Toriel's eyes narrowed, "Why haven't you told anyone else then?",

"What? I thought he was with you or with Asgore?", Alphys was dumbfounded,

"No, certainly not, he left home earlier than usual because...we had a heated argument and he...left.",she sighed, she took her glasses and gently placed them down on the desk before pinching the bridge of her nose in frustration.
