It didn't sit right. It churned and bubbled. Turn back. Help. Kris looked back. Saw her sulking. Alone. Quiet. That wasn't supposed to be Susie. Susie was boisterous, loud and undefeated. The human stuffed his hands in his pockets and strolled back to her.

The air a ghostly chill cutting at his neck, pinpricks, mosquito bites.

Little nibblings at his neck and psyche. Pushed back. Forget and walk on. Move on, keeping moving along.

That was the first word he spoke. Susie turned her head, she scoffed in response turning her head back, "What ya want now? A few seconds ago ya wanted to fuck off.",

"Well I was being an idiot.", Kris responded sitting down beside the stump, palms in his lap, "You know I can be an idiot don't you?". That managed to get a laugh out of her. A small one, but a laugh all the same.

"Heh I think I already know that. Got a lot of experience under my belt.", Susie smirked,

"Can anything fit under your belt anymore?", Kris remarked with a smack on the arm in response,

"Oi! It's baby weight!", Susie retorted Kris who was chuckling,

"Sure it is.", Kris agreed playfully, his voice and demeanor a little more vibrant and lively,"You eat like there's no tomorrow.",

"Ain't ma fault.", Susie growled lowly,

"I didn't say that, you're...you're pregnant and that's only natural in this situation, even though its strange to see you like this.",

"Ya don't say?", Susie furrowed her brows, voice dripping with sarcasm,

"Honestly you haven't changed much-", Susie gave Kris an irritated glare arms and legs crossed, "-which is isn't a bad thing-",Susie's face lightened, "-it's just really odd for me to see you in this situation.", Kris said,

"I feel odd an' all.", Susie rubbed her arms feeling suddenly cold, she wished her jacket had arms instead of her spiked bracelets, "I feel weird all the friggin' time now a...and....I dunno who I am anymore...", Susie sighed frowning looking down to the ground, "I feel like I have nothin' to do or decide, stuck on a car without a steering wheel it blows!", Susie clenched her fists in frustration, "I'm shit at school I'm shit being a friend and I'm gonna be shit with everything else!",

"Susie you need to calm down!", Kris gripped her shoulders, "You're piling up your issues for no reason at all, you sort out your problems one at a time! One at a time!", he repeated in a aggravated and worried tone. Susie's throat tightened as she put her hands to her head, painfully thinking,

"Easy for you to say! Ya apparently have nothin' wrong with you!", Susie shouted shoving him back, Kris clenching his fists before stretching his arms out wide,

"What the actual hell Susie?!", he snapped,

"Ya attitude is hell!", Susie snapped in response getting up, "I'm going through mountains of shit and I'm getting pissed off more and more!", she spoke the evermore irritated,

"Ohho so that's an excuse to push me around then!", Kris pointed at her irritated himself smirking angrily,

"Shurrup ya ass! Ya acting worse than Y/n!", the dragon balled her claws up into angered fists,

"Oh shut up about Y/n for a minute!", the blue skinned knight yelled, "It's always you and Y/n, precious Y/n, precious Y/n and yet where is he...?! Nowhere! Nowhere around you! Off course you ditched him the moment you got the ever so slightly annoyed!", Kris severely scathed,

"H.hey! No! Ya shut up right now!", Susie shouted taking a step back, stance wavering,
