Falling for my Sensei ?? Kakashi Hatake x OC

"I'm sorry Akari but I have to admit you."

I groan loudly, laying back in the hospital bed.

"I know it's annoying but I would just like to monitor the baby for the night. You did faint facing forward." Sakura explains.

"No, it's okay Sakura, I understand. I just know Kakashi is going to flip out." I wince as the stitches on my forehead start to pound from just imagining Kakashi's reaction.

"He's going to encase me in bubble wrap for the remainder of my pregnancy." I whine.

Sakura sympathetically places a hand on my shoulder.

"He was your emergency contact, I had no choice but to call him."

I giggle softly as I look over at her. "It's fine. It'll all be fine. I just know he will come flying through that door in a couple of hours and put me in a protective bubble from now until the second this little boy comes out of me."

The door to the hospital room whips open as Iruka comes in looking at me with wide eyes.

"Is the baby okay? And you?" He walks over to the bed and puts a hand on my head, tilting it to get a better look at my forehead wound.

"Baby is totally fine. I am fine too, just a few bruises and stitches. I'm staying for the night to monitor the baby."

"What the hell happened?" He asks, looking relieved to hear that everything was alright for the most part. He sits on the edge of the bed, staring at my stitches.

"Her blood pressure was very low. She's going to have to be on medication for the rest of her pregnancy, just to be safe." Sakura tells Iruka as she gathers her things from the small nurses table.

"I fainted. Facing forward." I mumble.

He looks back at me, and down at my tummy.

"Everything's fine. It's just a precaution, having her stay the night." Sakura reassures him.

He sighs loudly, running his hands over his face.

"Kakashi is going to be on edge the rest of the pregnancy."

I nod my head, feeling slightly defeated.

"Thats what I was just saying."

The corners of his mouth turn into a tiny smile as he tries not to laugh at the image of an overprotective Kakashi.

"Did someone call him already?" He asks, taking out his phone.

"I called him as soon as they called me for Akari." Sakura says. "He should be here in an hour or two. They cut their mission short."

"Okay. Well that's good. I'll stay here with you until he gets here."

"Make sure she rests, and stays off her phone. She has a mild concussion from falling." Sakura tells Iru right before she exits the room.

He turns to me as soon as she's gone.

"Have you spoken to Asuma?" He asks giddily.

My face beams as I nod my head.

"I'm so excited." I squeal loudly, before repositioning myself on my side to face him.

"Who would've thought. Asuma. Before any of us." He laughs.

"I mean you and Kakashi technically don't count. You're basically a married couple already."

There's a small bite to his words that make me feel frustrated.
