Can I Come Over? | PJM X Reader ??

"Hi, my precious girls!" My mom sweetly greets Lea and I and steps aside to let us into my childhood home. As soon as we are in, she gives us warm hugs.

"Where's Dad and Jin?" I ask my mom as Lea and I take off our shoes and jackets.

"Your dad was working on dinner, but he rushed up the bathroom upstairs...nature called!" She stops to giggle then continues, "I'm currently finishing up dinner. We are having salad, goulash and garlic bread! Y/N, I got your favorite wine for an early birthday toast!" My mom informs me.

"Oooh, delicious!" Both Lea and I reply to my mom.

"Anyway, I'm going to go back to the kitchen! The boys are in the basement playing pool. You ladies go ahead and join them and I'll send your dad down when dinner's ready," she tells us while lightly nudging us towards the basement.

"Okay!" Lea and I say in unison and my mom heads to the kitchen.

"Boys?" Lea questions, narrowing her eyes as she looks over to me, while we head towards the basement.

I shrug, not expecting my brother to bring any company tonight.

As we walk into the basement, we pause at the top of the stairs to survey the three men surrounding the pool table.

"What the fuck is Joon doing here?!" Lea whispers in my ear as we're still pretty far from the guys. She throws me a worried look knowing I'll be uncomfortable all night being around Joon with my step-brother present.

"How the fuck would I know! I didn't think Jin would invite anyone over, let alone Joon and Yoongi!" I whisper yell back to her.

We both start to walk down the basement stairs and all three men finally see us.

"Hey, you guys finally made it!" Jin yells and heads over, ruffling my hair and messing it up. Typical Jin, but it's one of the things he does as my big brother and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm really grateful for him and his mom being in my life.

He proceeds to give both Lea and I hugs. After hugging Jin, I look over to Joon and Yoongi and awkwardly wave at them. They both nod at me in return. I could see Joon lightly smirking.

Put those fucking dimples away, Joon.

"Hi, guys! I didn't expect you two to be here," I say to them, calmly.

"Hey, Y/N. One of our friends is celebrating his birthday later tonight at some bar later. We just decided to come to dinner with Jin so the three of us can head to the bar together, after," Yoongi explains to me and Lea.

"That makes sense," Lea says as she walks over and sets herself on the couch. I follow and sit right next to her. As soon as we are settled on the couch, we both get on our phones, ignoring the guys.

"Really, girls? You hardly see me, and you're not going to spend quality time with me?" Jin scoffs at us.

"Stop being such a whiny child, Jin!" I scold him. "You guys looked busy with your game!"

"Whatever," Jin says as he rolls his eyes, but smiles afterwards. He continues his game against Joon while Yoongi watches on, sipping on his beer.

While I'm on my phone, I would look up over to the guys every once in a while. I start to think back to when we were all in high school.

Back when I was a freshman in high school, Jin was a senior, Yoongi was a junior and Joon was a sophomore.*

At the time, Jin founded a Korean club** that would meet a couple times a week during lunch and after school. He started it his sophomore year in which Yoongi decided to join in. Jin started the club with the intentions to help make his academic records look good when he started applying for colleges. The following year, when Joon entered high school, he also joined the club with the same intention to make his academic records look good. And, that's how they met.
