Can I Come Over? | PJM X Reader ??

Jimin's 1st Person POV

"No fucking way!" I say, shocked, but at the same time, I'm not surprised to hear what Y/N is sharing with me now while we are out to dinner with Jungkook and Lea, on a Friday night.

"Yes! Keiko showed up this morning at my office, in tears, and said her fiancé, Caleb, called off the wedding. She came into halt plans for the wedding. And, well, she's never been into my office since Kira and I usually set up meetings at other locations such as conference rooms at our work building or in coffee shops, these past couple months. She noticed the pictures of you and I in my office." Y/N tells me while looking at me.

"She saw pictures of you and Jimin?! Did she say anything?!" Lea asks, her eyes widened, wanting to hear the juicy details.

"She did point out a couple pictures and asked me about how I knew Jimin and I just honestly told her that we've been happily together for a year now. She mentioned how she knew you," Y/N says, still looking in my direction. "But, she didn't specify. She did say she's glad to see you looking happy in the pictures."

"Well, she's right, I am incredibly happy," I genuinely say to Y/N, smiling at her.

I knew about Keiko being one of Y/N's current clients. About two months ago, Y/N had informed me the first day she met with Keiko and her fiancé, Caleb. Y/N and I have shared about our past relationships to each other, so she's aware of who Keiko is. The night of that first meeting with Keiko as her client, Y/N had asked me if it was the same Keiko when she gave me the full name and a description of her, and sure enough it was the same woman. It was crazy to find out and it felt like such a small world that the love of my life was in charge of my ex's wedding, but it's Y/N's job, and she has to do what she needs to.

"So, do you know why her fiancé called it off?!" Lea questioned.

"She didn't specify and it wasn't my place to ask for all the details. But, when she initially came into my office, sobbing, she mentioned 'royally screwing up' so I don't know if it's something she did," Y/N thinks out loud.

"I'm not one to make assumptions, but that chick was a serial cheater," Jungkook says out loud. He's not lying.

"We definitely shouldn't make assumptions about why they broke it off, Jungkook." Y/N says, always looking for the best out of people, a quality I admire so much about her.

"Well, whatever reason it is for calling it off, it's unfortunate to hear," I say, genuinely not wishing ill on a person who treated me poorly in the past, something I've practiced more since I've been with someone as positive and caring as Y/N. "Though, I'm relieved you and Kira don't have to handle her wedding anymore."

Before Y/N could answer, our waiter brings over our drinks. He quickly takes down our orders and we resume conversation.

"I try to find the best out of people, but I will admit that the past month that I've met with Keiko, she had made some ridiculous demands. I could even sense Caleb's frustration with her. But, as the planner, I have to cater to exactly what my clients want, so I had to bite my lip a lot around her."

"Well, cheers to you for not having to handle that," Lea says enthusiastically.

"And, cheers to good company!" Y/N says, while the four of us hold out our beer glasses and clink the glass cheerily.
