Lay down in a starfish position and put on subliminals.
Now imagine yourself being in an elevator going up.
Every level that you pass imagine your vibrations getting higher, don't forget to affirm that you are in you're DR.
Once you believe your energy is high enough, get off at a floor and when the doors open it should be your DR walk in and see yourself sleeping, now go into their body and fall asleep, and you should wake up in your DR.
