Interdimensional adventures - A TF2 X L4D2 crossover

When Scout returned with a prepared map of the area, the team gathered around Soldier, who was slowly regaining his his consciousness. 

-Eyyyy, how are ya feeling, Solly?- Scout smiled nervously. 

- UGH, I FEEL LIKE A BOOMER, MAGGOT, BUT I'LL LEAVE. REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I TELEPORTED BREAD? IF I SURVIVED THAT, I'LL LIVE THROUGH THIS, TOO.- Soldier weakly replied. HOW LONG WAS I OUT?

-Vell, jou vere out for almost the entire day. Ve have to move to the safe point, because it's getting dark.- Medic said. Engie and Sniper helped the military man up and Sabriel went for Raya, Scout led the way to the shelter, when everybody were ready.

*10 MINUTES LATER*

Aaaand there it is! You're welcome!- Scout said proudly, pointing to himself.

 -Great job, son- Engie answered. Sabriel giggled at the guys and as everybody went inside the safe room, female  went to hide Raya somewhere safe near the building. 

While female prepared food and water for her horse, she began to sing   "Kiss from a rose" by Seal. What she didn't know was that Sniper was watching her and listening to her voice.

He nearly got hypnotised by the beautiful sound and he decided to sneak up on the girl. As Sabriel was petting the animal, with different memories flooding her mind, Sniper hugged her from behind. Sabriel got startled and nearly attacked the Aussie. 

-SNIPER WHAT THE HECK?! YOU SCARED THE LIVING HELL OUT OF ME!!- She yelled.

-Wow, Sheila calm down, it's just me- He calmed her down- I really enjoyed your singing, ya got a beautiful voice..- He blushed a bit, but got quickly shut down, as Sabriel hissed -NEVER EVER do that again...

-Sorry, Roo. Didn't mean to scare ya.- He frowned. 

- Let's say I forgive you this time. And thanks for the compliment btw.- She laughed a bit, while a pink hue appeared on her cheeks. She enjoyed the hug that the Aussie had given her a moment earlier.

*SOME TIME LATER*

Both Sabriel and Sniper went inside the safe room, where everybody were already waiting for them. Medic was continiously healing Soldier, who was now feeling better due to doctor's care.

As soon as the German noticed his love interest with a bushman, he felt anger filling every single bit of his body. Medic was afraid of what they could've be doing outside and it just made him even more jealous, but he tried his best to act and sound casually. Doctor knew one thing. He was falling hard for Sabriel.

 -Taube, vhere have jou been?! I vas vorried sick und jou also need to come to me for a checkup. Jour healing isn't complete, yet..- Medic lightly scolded the girl, who immidiately approached the doctor and apologised to him.

-I'm sorry doctor, I didn't mean to make you worried. I was just taking care of Raya, so nothing would eat her through the night.

Medic smiled at her and returned the hug- I'm glad jou're safe, but now let me finish healing jou. Jou're still hurt.

- Alright, let's get this over with- Sabriel agreed.

*Few jumping Scouts later*

-Okay, listen up y'all- Engie got the attention of the group. 

-Since we got the map and some peace from the zombies, we can use this opportunity to gather every mechanical part we can find, which would be useful for the portal. Ah got the project with me and Am gonna reprogram this thing so it can fit more than 4 people.

-Portal?.. What's going on? What are you talking about, Engie?- Sabriel asked, clearly confused on what Engineer was saying. With that, mercenaries began telling her the entire story of the robot invasion, of how Engie built a portal to another dimension, and how Scout managed to disobey one rule and jump into the machine, when not supposed to, and how he could doom everybody inside it.

-Oh... That's a nice story. Adventurous I would say.- Sabriel laughed- But... You'll be leaving soon, when the machine is ready and you'll leave me, right?- She saddened.

-It's not gonna happen, darlin'- Engie comforted her- We're not leaving you here. You can come back to our world with us, along with your horse- He offered.

Both Medic and Sniper looked at Sabriel, hoping for her to say yes.

-Well... If it's not a problem... I'd love to come with you guys. I'm tired of this apocalypse.- She answered.

JA! ZHEN IT'S SETTLED! -Medic cheered and jumped happily, picking the girl up and spinning with her in the air. Never in his life was he so happy that he could take the girl with him. He already planned to take her on a perfect date, with no zombies or robots around them. 

Sniper was jealous, when Medic had the girl in his arms. Bushman fell for her and he didn't want anybody, except for him to hold her like that. He hated the fact, that the one who was holding her, was the BLU Medic.

But there's one thing- Engie stated. Ah'll need a safer place than this one and at least few weeks to build and reprogram this portal. And it'll be a lot of work -He said.

Scout admitted- No problem, Engie. Ya can do it, right guys?- Everybody nodded in unison. Bostonian then added- Since we got the plan and everything, I say hat we go to sleep, 'cause I'm tired.

AFFIRMATIVE!- Soldier agreed- WE SHALL LOOK FOR PORTAL PARTS IN THE MORNING!

With that said, everybody lied down to sleep. They had a very busy day coming up.

Well, the chapter 11 is here. I really like the song "Kiss from a rose" and since I am a rock/ metal fan, I decided to post the hard rock version of this song: 

We start getting closer to the love thing between Medic, Sabriel and Sniper. Who will win her heart tho? We'll get the answer later on through the story.  For now, RED!Sniper and BLU!Medic admit, that they're developing feelings for the girl. This chapter seemed to be a little calmer, but next ones will be full of action. I hope you guys enjoy this book so far and the day!
