"Jisoo-unnie, where are you?" Lisa muttered to herself, frustrated. She had been searching for Jisoo ever since her last gig ended.
The guards outside informed Lisa that Jisoo had left hurriedly without informing anyone. Worried, Lisa called Jisoo repeatedly, but there was no response.
Panicking, she called Jin.
"Jin-oppa! Jisoo-unnie is missing. She left right after her gig, and now I can't reach her!"
"I'm coming." Jin cut the call and immediately drove to the venue.
Lisa explained everything to Jin, who quickly contacted Jisoo's father. Mr. Kim, despite his worry, remained calm and decisive. He ordered a lockdown of all exits and instructed his team to search for her. Jin tracked Jisoo's phone to an abandoned building but found no one there.
"Search the area thoroughly," Mr. Kim instructed his men, his voice firm.
Meanwhile, inside one of the abandoned buildings, Jisoo whispered weakly, "Taehyung... where are you?"
Her voice trembled, her body battered and bruised. Red welts covered her bare arms and legs, her neck was discolored, and her clothes were torn. Her normally shiny, beautiful hair hung in matted clumps.
Taehyung was tied to a chair in the adjoining room. His face was bloodied, his body covered in cuts and bruises. His eyes fluttered open when he heard her faint voice.
"Jisoo... why are you here?" he croaked, his voice weak yet laced with concern.
"Tae..." Jisoo tried to step toward him, but Kang Jung yanked her back by her hair.
"Ah, ah, ah, baby," he sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "You don't get to move unless I allow it "

"Let me go!" Jisoo screamed. "What do you want with us?!"
"What I want is simple," Kang Jung said, his tone calm yet menacing. "I want revenge. I killed your mother to hurt your father, and now I'll kill you and your precious bodyguard to complete the set."
"You bastard!" Taehyung roared, his fury giving him a sudden burst of energy. "Touch her again, and I'll kill you!"
Kang Jung laughed mockingly. "Oh, you're so brave, Taehyung. Too bad bravery means nothing when you're helpless."
Ignoring Taehyung's threats, Kang Jung took a belt and began beating Jisoo in front of him. Jisoo cried out in pain but refused to shed a tear, not wanting to show weakness. Taehyung's rage reached its peak as he thrashed against his restraints, desperate to protect her.

"Kang Jung! Stop this now!" Taehyung bellowed.
But Kang Jung only laughed harder. "You're in no position to give orders, Taehyung."
He turned back to Jisoo, grabbing her by the neck. "You rejected me for this fool? Now you'll both pay the price."
Jisoo's vision blurred as she struggled to breathe, but she managed to whisper, "Taehyung... I'm sorry."
