I smiled and finished my cereal, then I walked upstairs and got changed into a simple black hoodie and light blue jeans, I grabbed my phone and tried to check if I had any message from Albert.

I sighed

I walked back down, my dad took his car keys and we drove our way to the mall, I had a lot of fun, I helped him to buy new clothes, he helped me to buy new clothes, we had ice cream, then we had donuts, then we had a coffee, and then we felt guilt for everything we ate so we took a walk around just talking.
Dad: And he didn't know who Ernest Hemmingway was!
Yn: Oh wow!
Dad: I know! Teenagers these days don't read anymore
