That night I had a weird dream about Albert and I dancing in a ballroom, I woke up and decided to take that as a signal to try and talk with Albert.
What could go wrong?
I mean Lana's a liar after all
I stood up and walked to my bathroom, I did my usual routine and went downstairs to find myself alone as always, since my dad would leave early to go to work, I took a toast with peanut butter and started to take little bites, when I finished eating someone rang the bell, I stood up and opened the door to face a pair of blue eyes.
Jack: Morning sister!
Yn: Jack! What are you doing here?
Jack: We haven't walked to school together for a while so...
Yn: Let me get my backpack!
I ran inside, grabbed my backpack and went outside, Jack and I started to walk together to school while he told me silly stories about his life as a popular dude
Jack: And then we went to that party...okay?
Yn: Okay?
Jack: You wouldn't believe how much alcohol popular people drink
I gaged
Yn: What about you?
Jack: I made a little trick
Yn: Like what?
Jack: I emptied a bottle of vodka and filled it with water
Yn: What?!
I laughed
Jack: And then I drank it all in front of everyone
Yn: Why'd you that?!
Jack: So they don't think I'm a sensible baby!
Yn: You are a sensible baby
Jack: Well the populars don't know that-
I laughed
Yn: Is it true that populars are fake friends?
He laughed
Jack: To be honest, yup- I mean I did made a true friend
Yn: Who?
Jack: Mark?
Yn: Oh! The one that used to call Maia a weirdo during passing period, and used to force Kaden to give him his money?
Jack: Yeah-
Yn: How come?
Jack: He's actually funny, I bet you would like to meet him
Yn: As long as he doesn't bully me-
He smiled
Jack: What will you do about Albert?
Yn: I guess I'll try and have a word with him
Jack: You have all my support!
Yn: I better!
He laughed, after some more minutes we arrived school, we walked the same direction since our lockers weren't apart, Jack opened his locker and started to get his books out, since Jack already knew about the admirer, I wasn't scared to read the note in front of him. I opened my locker and found the daily folded paper, I unfolded it and started to read.
